Staff god

Light flickered so in the morning I had to work by the bathroom light. Hair in shower, bathtub needs maintenance and no body wash in the container in the shower. Room did not look like the photo on line.

Location is excellent, restaurants and bars matina near by really nice walking distance, but for the price very dated, needs maintenence, dripping tap in laundry doors keep flinging open had to lean something against them otherwise youbcrash into them at night quite dangerous for elderly people. electrical testing had expired on hair dryer so to scared to use. It was ok but could use a good make over.

Bed was two singles pushed together with matress on top . Beds were not even slopped to one side

Pleasant surprise with the size of the room. Secure parking definitely a great feature

Ideally suited with plenty of dining options within walking distance. Rooms are very clean and comfortable but dated.

Clean enough but very dated. Bathroom had shocking lighting and needed a bigger shelf or something near basin. My light flickered too. Lots of noise both nights. Great towels were replaced during the day but bed wasn’t touched. Front desk staff super nice.

Claen, comfortable bed, off street parking. All we needed for a short stay.

Located in a nice quiet part of Townsville. Easy and secure parking on site. Room is clean and relatively spacious. Though as a person travelling for business, a work desk and chair would be nice.

Extremely disappointing, before I even arrived. Payment was taken from my credit card without my permission, I had booked this and arranged to pay at the property. I only booked this place because I wanted to be near my friend for his birthday. When my friend arrived, his booking had been cancelled with no notice or reason. The apartment was big and spacious, and in a good location, but all you could smell was bleach as you entered, very strong. I wouldnt recommend staying here.
