There are great views from the rooms with balconies, it would’ve been nice with a couple chairs and a table out there

This is a poor value for the money. It's old, dark and gloomy for its rate. Then they hit you with a $30 resort fee and resort fee tax of almost 30% plus $30 per night to park in the garage. Not much was open in the "resort" area and the service in those two places was terrible. One patron even refusee to tip it was so bad.

The staff were absolutely amazing and made our experience the best it could have been. The hotel is very nice. We found a few dust bunnies in our room so I would have liked to see that be better. Also, we would love to have more options of food in the restaurant. I understand the hotel is going through some renovations soon so that may clear up some of these little issues.

Restaurant and bar were good. Room was dark, old, tub was chipped, moldy grout, kitchenette sink had a foul odor, bathroom fixtures had filth around the sink, shower curtain liner was soiled, toilet had dirty film in the bowl. Lobby restroom was filthy.

We had a great stay, the location is amazing, and the staff was super friendly. We know they are about to renovate and some of the age was apparent in the shower and the towels, but other than that, we would love to come back once the reno is finished!

The property is not well maintained. The rooms are stale and smell like mold. The humidifier in the room was dirty and didnt work. 30$ per day to park in a cramped dirty garage. I expected more from an establishment labeled as a resort. Would not recommend

Hotel had pets on our floor. Carpet stained by what appeared to caused by a pet. Fan blades dirty. $35 resort fee when hotel hot tub was closed for maintenance and outside hot tubs uncovered and so too hot to use in the afternoon sun.

Crested Butte doesn't really have any great hotel options so you kind of go there with lower expectations. The hotel is older and definitely in need of renovations on the exterior and interior. Everything feels very dated, older yellows, browns, orange. The furniture in the room is worn and the bed is too firm for my liking. It was a spacious room and pretty clean. There is no AC and it can get really warm. You need to keep the windows open at night and there were several loud groups outside throughout the night and it made it difficult to sleep. The second night we turned on the loud fan to drown out the loud people that were yelling at 4 am outside the hotel. Also the smoke from the wildfires is a factor when leaving windows open. The hot tubs were dated and Luke warm. With the $30 per night resort fee it would be nice to have updated hot tubs and pools and complimentary coffee and water in the lobby!! There is also a $30 parking fee per day, they shouldn't have both! $30 max total. The employees were extremely nice and the service was great. They had live music playing in the lounge which was very nice. The location is good especially if you are skiing in the winter. All in all it was fine and again not many other hotel choices in CB.

Average hotel. The cleaning staff should definitely move things around every so often to really get it clean. Lots of build up in all the corners and the sliding door. The balcony was cracked and chipping chunks of plaster. The box fan isn't enough to cool the room, and was also black with dust. Relying on outside air to cool the room also doesn't work well when wildfires bring in a ton of smoke. Convenient location, but the price for what you get far outweighs that benefit. A 2 night stay in August with 1 dog and parking was nearly $900.

The patio around out door hot tub was broke up. Resort fees and parking were high. Tv in room was old. Kids couldn’t really do anything after 10.

Tv didn’t work at all, paint is peeling in outdoor hot tub area, the hot tub inside was out of order. overall, the hotel is run down. We had major issues trying to get a tall vehicle in the garage. The area for oversized vehicles is very hard to maneuver around. The price is high then you add $30 for resort fee and $30 for parking, this location is not worth the price!

I paid extra an extra on Expedia for two nights at a Valley View room. I reminded the hotel at check in. Instead, I was given a room with a view of the next building in a different direction. Very disappointing.
