Me encanta el hotel, buena ubicacion, pero en algunas habitaciones se escucha todo el ruido de la calle, incluso música de bares hasta las 2 a.m

It was a nice stay

The beds in our room were very uncomfortable and we woke up with sore backs the next morning. Property refused to give us a refund for the night.

Me gusto q esta cerca de todo y caminas San Jose de shopping, comiendo. El restaurante del hotel la comida muy buen y a precios razonables. Los empleados tanto del hotel como restaurante muy serviciales y amables. En cuando a seguridad me gusto q cierran porton y tienen seguridad pendiente 24hrs. Ademas el desayuno esta incluido y tienen wifi gratis. Me gusto porque esta cerca de todo y pude caminar de dia al mercado, las plazas, restaurantes tipicos,etc

The carpet in the rooms smell awful. the AC makes a noise that is impossible to sleep at night. Towels are old and sometimes you have to wait more than usual to take the elevator. Breakfast was okay, there are some food that are not in display and you don't know they have it , like yogurt . you have to ask them if they have yogurt , they will bring it to you from the inside fridge .

Great location in downtown San Jose. However, got to be careful after sunset, not too safe for walking. Good value for money.

The Sleep Inn Hotel is located in the very center of San Jose, next to two parks, five blocks away from Parque Central and a few blocks from the Teatro Nacional and Gold Museum. The staff is very friendly and always helpful, and the included breakfast provides an excellent start of your day. We also liked the quiet environment.
