Staff made many mistakes and promised to fix the problem and never did anything

Great staff and a good breakfast

The staff at this location was very helpful, polite and welcoming. Checking in was smooth and the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean but lacked enough towels for the 3 occupants. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. I would start again if need be.

Loved everything

Staff was excellent, room cleaning service average at best, rooms small, humid, loud air conditioner, no drinking water onsite.

Staff members were attentive and service was quick. I would stay here again. The complimentary shuttle to/from LGA was extremely convenient as well.

Amazing place to stay

It was a good stay, needed a hotel close to our daughter’s family a few blks away. Just for three nights.

There was no available water onsite. no water fountains, sink was too narrow to put a small water bottle under it. the one water station at the breakfast area was always empty. Also, no shampoo or condition in the room and the toilet was constantly running after flushing. just a mess

Great place to stay!

We were nicely welcome by Charles , who immediately provided with 2 comfortable rooms. The third one open up a couple hours later than expected. Besides having the elevators not working for few days, the friendless of crew (breakfast, cleaning and drivers) made our 17 day stay pleasant. Christine showed concern for us and offer help during the time when elevator wasn’t working . Rooms were impeccable clean, our cleaning lady always had a huge smile when we asked for extra towels or toiletries. The people who cooked breakfast were great , everyday was something fresh and delicious waiting for us. Finally the driver was awesome, I forgot my purse in the shuttle, he was kind enough to turn around immediately and drop it off at the airport .

I liked the peace and quiet along with the proximity to Times Square.

Was a pleasant surprise when we arrived at the hotel at 9:30 am and our room was ready. It was my fault, but a little disappointed that they didn’t have a pool. Nice neighborhood. We walked to Mass and found a nice Italian restaurant on our walk back.
