This is a budget hotel, so done expect luxuries it could do with a lick of paint and updating. However it served our needs really well for what we were doing and the location. The continental breakfast was more than adequate and set us up for the day. Not the restaurant and grill next door is no longer open but it's nothing to do with this hotel.

4 adults 2 children,they gave us 2 rooms with a double bed in each when we booked 3 beds per room.they did change when complained. Rooms were dirty, had to clean them ourselves. Been in premiere classe on numerous occasions so know they are budget hotels but wouldn't sray here again.

There were black hairs found in the bathroom, the floor had burn marks innit and the locking mechanism could be seen when inside the room making me feelnot was not very secure. The stay was cheap (clearly too cheap) and it was only for 1 night so decided to stay, but will not be returning.

Ok for a cheap ferry stopover

Can’t complain for the price you pay. Staff were lovely, building needs a bit of an update but again when it’s so cheap can look past that. Good for a one night stop over either before or after the train/boat as it isn’t too far away.

Was a complete dive, never ever stayed in a place sp horrid in my life

Very basic roadside motel. Limited facilities. Nothing in the surrounding area to walk to. Only dinner option was restaurant in another hotel over the road, but menu very limited & wasn't very good food unless you like raw meat. Very noisy, was full of families with unruly children who thought letting them run up and down the passageway at 6am screaming & shouting was a good idea! On a positive- the staff were all very friendly and helpful and the bed was fairly comfortable. Bathroom clean.

Very tired, old looking room, need major face-lift. Bathroom was tiny with no fan. Room was small and tatty. Pictures where clearly taken long time ago. Also drainage smell came from bathroom.

Close to the ferry port and cheap! It’s good for getting the head down but I wouldn’t stay for more than 10 hours.

Perfect for a sleep but a little bit sleezy.

Perfect for a cheap overnight - very basic but the price reflects this. Checked in late and left early but absolutely served its purpose, with a coffee and baguette in the morning for the onward journey. Shower was a tad cold though!

Hotel was good value and clean. What ruined our stay there was that the heating was off when we arrived so we were freezing. Would use again if it was guaranteed that the room would be warm

Good for overnight stop

Awful…I booked, paid, and once I saw the room decided to keep driving. It felt dirty and tired and I really didn’t want to touch anything. 20 minutes, that’s all I stayed. I had been driving for 7 hours and was looking forward to a shower and some rest, but couldn’t leave faster. Poor showing, Hotels.com!!!

Cold rooms, heater hanging off wall on one room and in both rooms heater not working. Spoke to reception and they offered me a blanket! Half the lights in the room did not work and electric socket did not work. Broken toilet flush button. Mould over the top of walls by window and door. Carpet area on balcony filthy and not been vacuumed for ages. Spoke to hotel receptionist and they could not have cared less. Left early due to all the above

I had room 31..The room was dangerous…..broken desk light with exposed bare cable connections, broken light switch with exposed bare cables, smoke detector head missing with exposed cables, bedside lights not working, bathroom extractor fan not working, shower wall fitting hanging off, shower curtain missing hanging clips…..I will certainly not use this hotel again and recommend other prospective guests not to use it

It’s a cheap 2/3 star hotel which at £40 for a double room and breakfast is a bargain. It’s not in the greatest condition but if you’re expecting more then you should be expecting to pay more. Perfect for an overnight stay before the shuttle or ferries.

Very poor. The room was small, and in this summer heat, no air con or fan. Cant open the windows as there were mosquitos just waiting to come in. Bathroom was very tiny. The state of the room was bad. The receptionist was good and helpful but was unable to assist in the state of the room. Certainly will never for there again and dont recommend it,.

Absolutely abysmal. Awful filthy damp room. Published pictures must be from when it was brand new and bare no resemblance to how it is now. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The rooms were in a poor state. Doors looked like they'd been forced open. Bathroom door didn't shut properly. Shower had a broken rail. Bed covers were stained. Several lights didn't work.
