A nice budget hotel. It’s simple but clean. Air conditioning worked well and shower was lovely. Unfortunately the key card stopped working a couple of times during the visit, so I wouldn’t stay again in case this happened overnight when the hotel is unstaffed. But for one night it is great.

heating was not working well

We put up with cold water showers, after complaining it was fixed. The wc/shower closet is for young skinnies ... it was difficult for older canadian of a girth plus. Cold buffet breakfast was typically french ... quite good.

It was a basic room as expected . The bed was very comfortable. There was a small gap in the door that allowed biting insects in there was marks on the wall where people previous squashed them . I got 2 bites . Transport is excellent a tram stop very close . I had breakfast very standard continental no hot food toaster was broken

Overall good stay. The bed was clean and comfortable, so it was worth it. And reception and maid were very polite and helpful. Exceeded my expectations.

Staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast continental style good for price paid. Would stay there again and recommend to others. Great place to stay on way travelling to the UK.

I like only the bed But the room was not clean at all

Rubbish on floor walking upstairs including female pad. Sheets grey/old. Aircin bliwing warm air, room was sufficatingly hit. Couldnt leave door open, was cooler outside. Rubbish behind bin in bathroom. Bathroom door not only did not lock but did not stay closed while using bathroom facilities. Towels only 2 grey and old. We asked for twin room we had a bunk bed accross our head. Not clostraphobic increased the heat. We booked because it said Premier Classe, Breakfast poor. B&B 1 opposite is depressing but Premier Classe could learn a thing or two from them. Poor man at reception was melting with a silly little plastic fan . For the customers to see how they treat staff and then how they treat customers is nearly on Par. You will be so pleased to hear we will never use Premier Classe again. Shame on them they have no pride in their business. I was hoping you vetted places wont be using Expedia either again , no trust, when travellers are exhausted and just nedd a fresh cool room to sleep.

We arrived shortly after 9 PM but luckily, the check in lady was still there to help us because shortly after we got into our room, the double bed broke and she had to give us a new room. Beds were decent. Toilet was a bit smelly. Other than that, it was worth for what it is for the price I paid.

Very helpful staff from the start. Good cheap breakfast available. Rooms freshened up every day. There's a 10 minute walk past McDonald's that gets you to the tram line that takes you everywhere you want to go. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.

When we went to check in we was told that we had no booking and was not able to check in to any rooms as this place was fully booked,although we had a confirmation from hotel.com the women on the reception was very rude to us and really was not worried about us and we had a 13yr old boy with us and we was all very tired after a long drive and long delays.after a while we managed to sort out a room that was not very nice and had no Air/con and it was very hot so we did not get much sleep as it was noisy next door room was clean,Service from 1 girl who did help us was great so we thank her and she knows who she is THANK YOU amenities we did not see non but who cares and the location is great as plenty of Restaurants around so all ended well.

Everything was good, but I found lot of hair in the sheets. I'm not sure if they'd washed them, but I think so and I'd to shake them to feel comfortable to sleep.

On est venu un peu tôt vers midi pour demander si on pouvait loger en payant 5€ en option comme indiquer sur le site hôtel.com dans la limite des chambres disponible bien sûr ,or le personnel de l’accueil d’un ton un peu désagréable et hautin nous fait savoir qu’aucune chambres n’est disponible chose qu’on comprend parfaitement, et nous fait clairement savoir que les chambres ne seront pas dispo avant 15h sinon on prend les chambres dans l’état (incompréhensible pour un personnel formés de nous traiter de tel ) le règlement des hôtels.com mentionne que l’accès aux chambres se fait à partir de 14h et non 15h elle me répond que le règlements ne dit pas ça . On a pu accéder au chambres avant 14h sans serviette qui nous ont jamais été remise ,je ne recommande pas cet hôtel première classe à saint jean de Vedas Chambre avec un seul éclairage tout le reste ne fonctionnait pas Très très déçus alors que je venais de payer deux chambres pour mes enfants et moi
