Rooms are updated nicely! Clean. Close to ocean yet walkable distance to shopping. No complaints and would definitely stay here again!

Great service and lovely place. It’s right on the beach so perfect for a nice walk with lots of other stuff to do around the area

We got the room on the second floor on the corner (201) very large and very clean. Nice ocean view. Highly recommended

Very convenient location to everything and clean hotel and modern with great views. Didn’t like being on 2nd floor with noisy people footsteps above us late at night and early hours of the morning. Recommend top floor next time.

Was easily accessible to amenities in town. Wish I could've been closer to the beach.

The so-called view is kind of misleading. The bush and trees between the rooms' windows block any shot at seeing the beach.

We paid for two ocean view rooms and got one ocean view room and another with a view of the dumpster and no view. they couldn't get another ocean view room since they were fully booked. I will not be using Expedia ever again.

Great place to stay during kite festivals--parking next to the entrance to the festivals.

Most rooms face the beach. Walkable to shopping, dining and other activities like go karts and putt putt golf. Rooms were clean. Bed comfortable. Noise level very low to none despite there being a Kite Festival during our stay. Front desk staff was friendly and professional during check in.

Hotel was very convenient. Lobby closes at 8pm but still had access. Our room floors were bad and lifting. Shower drain was backed up. AC was very loud but cold. Furniture was run down and worn.

The mattress was incredibly firm. Husband and I barely slept and woke up very sore. Other than that our stay was fine, decent view. Pleasant staff.

From check in to checking out we had a great stay. Friendly staff.

Front desk staff was terrible. Rude and very off putting. Dead flies in the room. The chairs had holes and peeling fabric. Sink had mold. Smelled like stale smoke in the room. Would not stay here again.

Good location, large suite. Main issue being the check in time and our room the bath tube didn't drain.

Loved our stay here, newly renovated rooms. Right on the beach with ocean views. Beach is a short walk. Has no breakfast but has tons of dining options within 2 min walking distance. 10/10 would recommend it!

Although this hotel may be somewhat dated, don't allow that to impact your decision to stay. The hotel was clean, conveniently located and the staff was fantastic. I recommend staying on the 3rd floor for better views etc. This was my first visit to Long Beach and I loved it.
