Hotel has a nice gym, swimming pool and sauna. The jacuzzi was nice but wasn’t hot enough and turns off every 5 min. They charge to rent a robe or slipper to use for the pool. I think the hotel needs some upkeep as well. Breakfast had good selection if you come early but didn’t replenish some things later. Overall, the hotel was good but not excellent.

The front desk was incredibly friendly and understanding (having a child with special needs that was very appreciated). Really outsanding. The breakfast was super good and atmosphere as well. Swimming pools took a lot of our time :) - warm and very nice!

Very enjoyable stay with our two children. Hotel was clean with friendly staff. Breakfast selection was excellent. Room was spacious and ideal apart from the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. Only downside was the pool was closed for our stay and that was the main draw of staying here. Would happily come back again though

The hotel is old and requires a major renovation. The hotel does not meet the requirements for a 4-star hotel. The bathroom is dirty, full of moisture, which is why the wallpaper is peeling off the walls. There are no bathrobes or flip-flops in the room - these, according to the reception, can be rented in the spa area, but I was unable to do so. Service at a very low level. Inadequate price-quality ratio. There are many better and cheaper hotels in the area. I do not recommend.

High quality hotel near to the town centre with a great spa. Nice room though the plug sockets on one wall didn't work at all, including the one for the tv. That and the lack of plug socket for the hairdryer on the bathroom were the only negatives

Overall it was a Nice stay . Kind staff and good service. The hotel started to look a little bit older but the room is clean and nice. One thing to improve - the pillows are not comfortable and need to be changed .

Spent a week here, great hotel. Modern, clean and near downtown attractions.

Very good overall stay; relatively central location for walking moderate distances. Modern, comfortable, well maintained hotel. Shower infrastructure was confusing/difficult to use however made do regardless. Reception staff were courteous and took pride in their work/position. Would probably stay there again given its midpoint location between rail station and Old Town, along with many nearby amenities.

We think for the price the rooms should be cleaned daily. We know you can ask for it but shouldn't have to. The 11am check out is too early it should be 12. The rooms overall are nice but they look well worn in some areas. Lots of space and comfort to use. Pool areas very good and clean with easy to use facilities. Breakfast amazing with loads of choice.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Only grip is they do not give room service on stays over 1 night. Bathroom towels are not refreshed, coffee & wTer not replenished which I don’t find acceptable. Despite asking each time I visit it never happens. It’s a beautiful hotel, lovely spa and great bar & food.

The hotel is looking quite dated. I chose this hotel because of the pictures on Expedia, it looked fresh and modern. Unfortunately the 2 rooms we stayed in were not representative of the pictures shown. There was no colour in the room, just grey, black, white. The pictures on the walls had been removed leaving just the screws in the walls. It left the room just feeling quite bland. Staff were great, location was good but charging 120zl (30 euros) for parking is extortionate.

Property itself was great. One suggestion would be to make the shower floors less slippery.
