I didn't like it because the first hotel room #320 had some things in there that needs to be repaired so I notified the worker at the front desk and she gave me another room #222 that was better

The room was not ready in time when I got there and also was locked from the inside ! I had to wait over half hour to go to the room and when I get in there the room is just nasty with spots on the walls and ceilings! The toilet seat was old and not great appeal to look at and water was cold when started to shower! The food for breakfast was nothing but yogurt and waffles! They had no shampoo or body wash barely any towels offered! The tv remote was missing and behind tv was grossly dusty !! The shower was also not greatly clean but manageable! Only thing that was descent was the bed! Even then they gave us two small pillows and I had to ask for more!

This is the second opportunity I have had to stay here and will do it again. The location is great, the price is very reasonable, the room is wonderful, it's quiet and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I didn't get a chance to have breakfast, but it smelled so good and will definitely partake next time.

The pool was the only area that was not misrepresented. The mattresses were stained and maids did not have towels or clean linens available. Other guests smoking marijuana and hallways stink of it or of the mold smell. It should be shutdown very unhealthy

Experienced 2 different rooms while there for 1 night. First room had stained or unclean pillow cases, mattress had stains also, no towels, no remote to the t.v. and a rusted pole holding up the sink. 2nd room better but still in need of holes being patched and painted, torn cushion that would be inexpensive to cover or replace.. A/c unit not functioning fully but was still comfortable. Postivie thing was staff extrememly accommodating and very friendly abd understanding.

The reservations for two rooms was screwed up by the staff. The room was humid and moldy. There was no garbage can in the room. The toilet would not flush and I couldn't get it fixed until the second night !

I've stayed here each August for the past 9 years for business. It has gone way down. On checkin, the clerk was not friendly but it went okay. The lobby is just plain tacky, the elevator floor was dirty, the temp in the hallways was way hot, the no-smoking sign on the door was broken, and the hallway garbage cans were overflowing. When I unlocked the door, I had to use my shoulder to get it open. It was stuck. The top latch was broken off. Someone had crammed a twisted paper towel in the missing peephole. I left it. There were many cosmetic issues...molding missing, holes and scrapes in the wall, stains on the ceiling and carpet, and more. Bed and bathroom appeared clean, but with peeling paint and missing chunks of sheetrock, who knows? The toilet paper holder was broken. The TV remote didn't work from the bed. A white box and many cables hung down from the back of the TV. When I tried to move the box to see if it helped the remote, the TV picture went off. Buttons on the air conditioner were missing along with labeling, but I was finally able to get it going. It was easily 90 degrees in the room when I arrived. There was a broken unplugged clock radio on the desk. I had ONE bath towel in a king room. There was no shampoo, but two small lotions. Breakfast had two cereal choices, Frosted Flakes and Fruit Loops, very watered-down orange juice, but no artificial sweeteners, just plain sugar. I didn't complain. Most couldn't be easily fixed and I was tired. I will not be back.

There were no towels in the room. Had to go to the desk to get some. The lady there was amazing and having to run all over for everyone. There was water soaked carpet in hallway. The entire place smelled moldy

Worst experience in my life, room was dirty, smelled like weed and other guest were smoking. Both the bathroom door was hanging only on my a hing and didn’t even have the back panels. The room door was broken.

First room we got locked into the room, the deadbolt was not working properly. Second room had strong evidence there was bed bugs. We ended up getting a hotel elsewhere. Staff was friendly though.

The girl overnight has a nasty attitude. Extremely rude, waved her hands in my face, hood over her head, completely unprofessional! Have stayed multiple times here but our room was dirty, air did not work well, remote did not work well and was disgustingly gross plus took 2 hours to figure out the TV and recover from the attitude at check in. Things happen and computers mess up but don’t take your issues out on customers and lie about it.

The stay was horrible. At first check in was great so we thought it would end up being a good experience. By the end of the week long stay we were running out with my clothes still smelling like the room of mildew mold and sour rot. I had to wash them twice to even get the smell out when I got home. (They were only stored in the room the first 4 days) the dront desk was rude and pushing us out at 8am on check out. It’s was noisie and seemed like bad riff raff and what made it worse was the lock on my door did not work. Had to slam it to shut it completely. Looked like it had been kicked it a time or two.

Checked in and the room was mildew-y and filthy. They switched to another room that the toilet was continually running, marijuana & toenails on the floor. Dirty bedding. Desk people were nice. Still waiting for my refund 4 days later and conveniently no manager working every time I call.

This hotel should be condemned. It’s disgusting, never cleaned, electric wires exposed from the AC unit, outlet covers missing, hole in the bathroom ceiling along with rust. Room smelled horribly and it was 90 degrees in the room when we checked in. Elevator was acting up, then noticed it hasn’t been inspected since 2022. It’s likely unsafe.

Falling apart. Sink falling away from the wall, towel rack pulled out of the wall with screws exposed, tub faucet leaked, door sweep falling off, wall painted like a toddler. No covers on the outlets.. should i go on? Stay somewhere else.

The hotel looks good from the outside. Inside was not as nice. The first night we stayed, got in late and went to bed. Got up the next morning and TV wasn't working. Microwave as not working. Some lights were not working. One side of the room had no electricity. Went downstairs for free breakfast, had waffles and no syrup. Didn't put out the cereal they he said they had because no milk. Told the new desk person, they needed supplies. Also told them I needed a new room or would have to go to another hotel. They did find a new room which was nicer than the one I had been in. I had to ask for towels which I did not get. The staff did try to assist me and did get the room changed. I reminded desk staff again the second night if they had syrup for the waffles and she checked, and they did not. So happily they did have it for the morning. Price was good, pool good, people were nice but hotel is showing its age. I would stay there again as it was close to where I needed to be and didn't want to pay as much. recommend getting there early to check room.

There was nothing that i liked. It smelled like smoke. The stairway amelled like piss and pot. The rooms were disgusting and stains on thd sheets, garbage that did not belong to me.
