One word AWFUL

Easy to walk to main part of town. Excellent, popular restaurant right across the street!

Staff was very friendly and very close to shopping and great restaurants.

The beds were not the most comfortable and the breakfast could use a major improvement. The pool is smaller than it looks on the pictures but overall nice. The staff was all very nice.

The room was decent size and very clean, nice pool and terrace upstairs. Staff very friendly.

we liked the close proximity to the main station and to Piazza Tasso. Also the availability of few variety and grocery stores was an asset. The staff at the restaurant were helpful and always attentive to our requests . Breakfast was nice . The furniture was a bit dated but nothing upsetting . Pool towels were not the best and to change the towel you pay 3 euros , so you have to keep and wash it to reuse it or pay every time you change it . Generally the stay was nice and the area is safe and convenient .

Overall really enjoyed our stay. Location is great as it is a short walk into the center but also felt nice to be removed slightly from the chaos. Room was spacious and staff were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed spending multiple days by the pool. Only thing we did not enjoy was our room was right beside the elevator and stairs which we found the noise to impact our stay along with a decent amount of traffic noise being close to a busier road.

The rooms are very small. The showers are old and broken. There is a fee for the pool towels.

Right price for the right service.

We found the staff very friendly particularly at breakfast. Out room was spotlessly clean on the ground floor. Had no problems getting a lounger at the small pool. Have been before and knew what to expect.

The area was great, the pool was nice, breakfast was great and lived our terrace but the beds were very hard. Both of us got backaches from the bed. Otherwise everything else was great.

Great location and value for money. The pool was a great reprieve from heat and break from touring. Breakfast was excellent - lots of options - hot and cold, pastries, sweet tarts, frittata, eggs etc - very generous. Location is great - quick 5 minute walk to shops, main piazza and train station. Perfect base to day trip to pompei, amalfi coast, naples - Clean and tidy rooms and amenities. I would definitely stay again - travelled solo with 10 and 12 yo

The staff were incredibly friendly and were willing to help in any way. But the room was not up to the mark or expectation, not very clean and uncomfortable beds. All in all not worth your money or your time.

Staff is friendly and efficient. Location is great close to shops, grocery stores, laundromat and good restaurants. Pool and rooftop terrace are lovely! Would stay again

Very nice hotel. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and kept well stocked with towels. Plenty of options at breakfast too. Only gripes were that there were few watchable tv channels and no Netflix option and few places to handy wet towels. Aside from those small things, I’d highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Sorrento.

This is our second time in Sorrento and we love the fact that it’s very close to corso Italia, walking distance to everything and very close to the port as well. The hotel was very nice and it had a pool …very convenient in the hot summer days.

Lovely hotel, good location, helpful and very friendly staff especially the nice man on reception. Breakfast nice. Nice pool with drinks and lunches available. Fantastic views from the rooftop of Naples bay and Vesuvius. Highly recommended

A small and very friendly hotel. Very well situated for the main square, train station and ferry port. We did miss having tea and coffee making facilities in the room though- that would have been nice.The pool is very small but great to cool down after a busy day sightseeing. On our last day we didn’t have to leave until late afternoon so it was very handy that there was a bathroom with shower, toiletries and towels by the pool that we were able to make use of after an afternoon around the pool. We also had a delicious club sandwich 😊

Wonderful place very close to everything. Restaurant across from the hotel was amazing. We went three times. Staff were extremely helpful with reservations and dining suggestions. Although the pool was small, it was so nice to have, especially since we visited in summer. Sometimes it was difficult to find a lounge chair as people tend to save chairs. The roof top deck has a beautiful view and it was nice way to end the evening. Breakfast was good, but it would have been nice to have some more vegan options - including milk alternatives. We had a rental car and parking in the underground lot was easy, but the charge was 30 euros per night. We ended up driving ourselves to Positano and the Amalfi Coast and it was magical. We also bought tickets to the ferry from Sorrento to Capri and it was easy to walk to from the hotel.
