We were upgraded to the Hilton fallsview from the days inn by Wyndham. Unexpected upgrade that we greatly appreciated. Beautiful hotel, great staff and perfect location

We were to stay at this hotel, we actually got an upgrade to the Hilton fallsview. A big bonus for us. Loved the hilton. Thanks for the no charge upgrade. Hilton is beautiful.

Booked this property months ago (5+) due to location. The week of our vacation we received a call that our reservation was being transferred to the Hilton across from the casino. We would have a falls view room. Nope! View of the water fountains and walkway to the steakhouse. Really disappointed. And, the fire alarm went off twice after midnight.
