Perfect place to stay.

We love the authenticity of the hotel Rubenstein. A lot of history in a historic area. The hotel staff and bar staff were wonderfully accommodating. Highly recommend.

Nice place

The property was clean and is kept in good condition. There were issues with the A/C in our room that were not fully addressed by the staff.

This hotel is fabulous and set in a nice square with lots of other bars and restaurants. The breakfasts are amazing and apart from the continental buffet, you can order eggs (scrambled, fried or boiled) and sausages. If you want omelettes or pancakes, there is a small additional charge. The roof top bar is super and we spent a nice evening there relaxing after our trip to Auschwitz. The hotel will make you a packed lunch for 50PLN which we ordered when we went to Auschwitz. It was really good, loads to eat. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and a real asset to the hotel. We had a lovely room on the top floor with very comfortable beds. You may need extra pillows as they are too soft and thin. All in all, this is a wonderful hotel and we wouldn't hesitate about staying here again.

Great location. Nice room (just get king size bed room, double bed rooms are small and bathrooms small). Nice sky bar with good view.

Just returned from a 3 day stay at Hotel Rubinstein and what can I say… fantastic hotel and staff, location is great, right in the heart of the Jewish Quarter for local treats, minutes away from the river and walkable distance into the Old Town. Cannot fault this location and hotel, we will be staying again and highly recommend it to all. Thanks once again, especially Eliza, she loved every minute.

The hotel is in a great location. Lots of restaurants and music. We stayed in a suite with a bedroom living room and 2 bathrooms. It was very spacious. People at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. If you like to use washcloths, bring them!

The coffee caddie had a drip reservoir which has not been cleaned. I left the component open so attendant could see the problem. I'm confident that this is only a matter of training and understanding the device, all else being so very perfect.
