We were on 3rd floor, room was a little small, but the sea view was great. Could do with fan to circulate cool air, despite open window. Visited end of August when it was warm. Staff were very attentive.

Good spa facilities and very nice outdoor seating area for food and drinks. Rooms are just average though and overpriced. It feels like the room rate is subsiding the better quality public areas

We had the best time and would have given five stars. This was the first time ever that I have been asked to book breakfast as soon as I arrive. We had had a busy day and was not thinking about getting up at a specific time. I understand why you ask but I also noticed a big rush on the hour. If you simply stated breakfast was between two times I really think the flow would have been better. Certainly it would have been more relaxed. Overall very happy and would stay again and will recommend to any one staying in the area.

Room was very small, but comfortable. Towels changed daily if required. Breakfast was excellent

Amazing two days with the grandsons , hotel was 5 star … staff were very friendly and accommodating, sorry didn’t get any names but every single one of them couldn’t do enough for you , the pool was amazing , the boys loved it and for most of the time we had the pool to ourselves, the beach was fantastic, spent hours on there , food was great, we will definitely return. Thank you to everyone for all your hard work in making a great two day break for us.

It was a genuinelu great experience from start to finish. Everything was just easy and hassle free. Its right on the beach, great views, great beer and really child friendly too. We would definitely stay again.

Good location with the beach on one side, but has a large Pontins site on the other side that closed down a couple of years ago. Obviously very quiet, but sad looking. Bathrooms were a little tired, but the rest of the hotel has benefitted from some good design choices (bright furniture and wallpapers). Food was good (breakfast and dinner). Pool is small, but ok if you don't want to swim for fitness.

Lovely spa area...breakfast was quite bland and boring. Location great. Rooms were quite old-fashioned and our bathroom was quite rusty although the photos on Expedia showed a modern bathroom... staff were polite. Cleaning at room service wasn't great as we came back to dorty toilet and unwashed cups. We fedback at the reception and they welcomed our feedback. Food at the restaurant was Weathersproon quality but much more expensive. Restaurant staff were so lovely.

Warm welcome, all the staff were really lovely and efficient ie reception, bar, breakfast. Bed was comfy, pillows were not. Bedroom was very clean, but the bathroom door didn’t shut, the night light stayed on and the curtains did not shut properly. Breakfast was tasty.

The food was very good and everyone was helpful and pleasant.

We had a lovely break with our 2 grandsons. The family room was amazing, with a separate twin bedded room for the boys. Both rooms had en suite facilities too. The pool area is lovely, and the location is perfect for the beach.

Comfortable overnight stay in North Wales. Hotel comfortable with views of the sea. Walkable distance to local amenities.

Quiet area right on the front

A bit pricey for the amenities at offer, especially when the location is relatively remote. But the staff was really good and helpful.
