Convenient location. Staff were friendly and courteous. The breakfast lady, Pam, was very good. It was nice to see gluten free options.

Pretty hotel right in town and across from the Olympic Hockey Rink where USA won the Gold. Good breakfast.

Perfect location , very clean, friendly , polite staff.

The hotel was very convenient for walking to many shops and restaurants. It was convenient for visiting the Olympic museum and shops and had convenient lake beach access. The breakfast staff Pam was incredible especially because she was working alone! She did everything she could to keep everything stocked and fresh at all times and was incredibly friendly. We stayed on a very busy weekend and it was impressive how she handled everything.

The hotel is very nice and the service is really good. The only problem I had was that, for whatever reason, the floors were very noisy when walking on. This noise carried through the walls and the ceiling as other people were walking around as well.

Great location and clean facilities. The employees are the best!!!! Liz and Jim were super friendly and always greeted us with a big smile no matter how many questions my family had. Liz also offered to start warming the sauna ahead of time for us. The employee at breakfast also offered help to find what we wanted in the breakfast area. We had a great time!!!! Thank you all!!!

The Inn is beautiful. We had such a great weekend getaway. Very close to the downtown and the lake. Also the pool was very clean, and the breakfast included is something to thank. Will definitely come back

I was pleasantly surprised at the added touches like cookies in the lobby plus 24 hour coffee and tea and hot cocoa service! Great pool as well.
