The staff were absolutely fantastic. Very helpful and courteous. The location is great - overlooking the harbour and sea. Strongly recommend getting one of these rooms. Easy walking distance to the beach and into St Helier.

This is not 4 star. Paid extra premium room but was anything but premium! Very tired and in need of upgrade. No coffee machine or mini bar. Housekeeping poor no replacement teabags and left wet towels on floor. Great location and lovely bar area to enjoy the sun.

Our second stay at this wonderful hotel. Amazing views and friendly staff. Our one gripe is that the hotel room had a fridge but this didn’t work.

Staff very courteous and helpful and rooms with sea view excellent.

Breakfast was great. Evening menu limited but lots of great restaurants nearby. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Pool is tiny. Location was fantastic for the beach and locality to town centre. Lovely break. Recommend.

Overall our stay was ok, but given that the prices are not cheap, having to pay extra for wi-fi that had no signal most of the time left a sour taste.

Booked an accessible room. The shower was over the bath and my elderly mum couldn’t get into it.

Wonderful stay. Fantastic view over the marina. Breakfast excellent plenty of choice. Free apples and water by reception. Staff very helpful and friendly. Has a lovely swimming pool although on the small size. A good sauna and steam room good opening times and good view over the water. Hotel great location for walking into st Hellier. We went on the ferry to st Marlo a long day but a pretty place to visit a short walk from the port into town good restaurants and shops.

Loved our room with views to Elizabeth Castle across the harbour. Only small gripes were the duvet was too warm, even with air con on and No walk in shower. Had a shower over the bath. Otherwise everything else was lovely.
