Quality in line with the price

The room is fine. It's not gross. But the building is very old. Dirty outside. Zombies everywhere. If going to gamble and you just to lay your head down, then fine. If a family looking for a cozy spot, spend the money for something else. It's a 1.5 star hotel. Definitely not 3. The positive reviews are likely fake.

One person at front desk.He was very nice, but had to wait 20-30 min to get checked in

The front desk gentleman was welcoming from the minute I walked in, check in was fast and simple most importantly the gentleman accommodated my request to have my room changed to a more visible space.

The beds were so comfortable

The property looked ok at first and i used to stay here all the time but things have sure changed. There were multiple times i needed to ask people actively using drugs to excuse me so i could get own the steps. The only time i didnt see somebody on the steps, i had to walk over their broken crack pipe they left behind. The very first night we got into bed and a bed bug crawled across the sheets. When i went to the office to let him know about the bugs, the only response i got was "no bedbugs". He continuously denied it and didnt budge until we literally caught one and brought it to him. I was thankfully able to find another place to stay at 4am. I asked for trash bags to bag up our stuff and i was told no. Customer service here is LACKING, along with cleanliness and accountability obviously.

The mattress is a bit thin. It feels like sleeping on a futon. Otherwise it’s a decent place, close to the boardwalk, inexpensive, and the staff is affable.

Liked everything about the property, only dislike, no microwave in room, but my favorite place to stay in AC

The hotel is basic. Our hotel room phone didnt work. If this is your first time to the area, please know its not the best.

Nothing fancy but everything was in excellent co dition and comfortable

Warning!!! Bad area. We left after 30 min. There should be a warning for people about the area. The hotel is fine, but the area if full of homeless, drugged out people and very unsafe feeling. Board walk in that area wasn’t as bad but still not good. If you’re going to gamble don’t leave the casino other than that no reason to ever go there. Any other boardwalk would be better if your going for the beach and ocean time.

Everything was great but the little street noise from trucks unloading stuff and garbage trucks picking up garbage. It was mabe 1 hour out of the 24 hrs that this inconvinienced me.

The staff was very nice and friendly but the premises need to renovate and get rid off pest
