Very limited parking and they sell the spots to beachgoers and bar patrons. We had to park way down the street and carry our luggage to the hotel. Not very well planned parking situation!

Our stay was okay. The A/C worked well. Parking was a little tight. Considering that it was after the busy season for them the place was in pretty good condition. And the price was excellent! We did have to ask for coffee for the room every day. We did notice a couple of fire code violations on the entry doors that should be addressed. Other than that it was a good stay.

The room had a horrible smell to it. The carpet was heavily stained. The tub had rust in it and the sheets were stained

Easy beach and bar access!

Parking is a problem but otherwise a good stay close to beach quiet.

Hotel is very outdated. The room we stayed in was very dingy. Mold was visible in shower wall/grout. Furniture is old. Window curtains were dirty.

Staff is attentive, great people skills. The building is really old.

The outside where the parking lot is, is beginning to look run down. The toliet ran constantly the celing was cracking. It seems they left everything in the early 2000's. This place needs full attention soon.

We were very near the beach plus pur room was convenient to the ice machine. It was a quiet atea amd a we got a good night's sleep Staff was wonderful and very hpful.

Old property and need some update. Room as clean, comfortable bed, good A/C, Very close to the beach. No beach towels, no soap for dishes. For the price is very good option.

Very good value and so close to the beach. We like to stay here during the shoulder season. There is some wear on the facility it does need some repair, but the place is clean, functional, and the staff is friendly.
