When we arrived our room had the trash from the prior guests and no bath towels. Faucet had no pressure.

Great place and a great value. Very clean & a comfortable bed.

The room smelled like mold, there were bugs in the room, complimentary breakfast was not a great variety, and not enough available parking for guests.

Unfortunately I woke up to a huge cockroach on my neck.. I killed it .. told the front desk.. I was told it’s because it’s an island.. smh .. I lived in Newark for many years and they exist there too.. and that’s not an island..

The property is an old Florida charm. We also love that "old Florida" feel. There were various trees and plants surrounding the property. There were chickens and chicks running about. So much nostalgia! My husband and I picked this property due to its close location to shops and watersports. We chose to use Lyft or Uber to get around since everything is so close. I was impressed with how well everything was organized in the suite. Everyone was very kind, helpful and courteous. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful Grand Guesthouse.

The apartment was spacious, but very outdated and had a musty smell.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the location in a quiet neighborhood, but not too far from the attractions we came to see. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here because it was conveniently located and not as expensive. The continental breakfast was not great. The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful and friendly.

This is sooo cute, clean and convenient. Was able to bike to Mallory square at sunset. Then able to hit Duvall Street on the way home. Manager is so nice and incredibly helpful. Definitely will stay here again

It was okay..room very small..no where to put your suitcase or anything on for that matter.

Very good but too expensive

Lots of outdoor seating but only a small secluded area with 2 seats for exiled smokers. Rooms are very small, ours was bedroom and bathroom.

Grand Guesthouse was exactly as advertised. We liked that there was free parking and we could walk to everyplace we wanted to. There was bike rentals available for reasonable pricing if we wanted to venture out further.

Walking distance (15 min) from beaches, night live and restaurants... I spent two nights at the grand, and both nights walked back and forward without any issue. Place was clean and the room spacious, Grand may need to consider to update the mattress in the room. In front of the building are only 6 parking spot available but there’s free parking available in the surrounding area. There’s like a little terrace with sitting and tables, you could dinne and chill before going back to the room. Breakfast is serve between 8:30 and 10, if yours is a working trip like mine you won’t get the opportunity to try it. The staff is friendly and courteous, they are always at the property until 6pm… any suggestions, doubts, they will be able to help you. Taking into consideration how ridiculous high price is the cost of sleeping at the keys, I think that the Grand is a fair option… is also the lowest “resort fee” that you wil be charge per night. If I need to go down to the keys again, I would repeat my stay at the Grand.
