Cute small hotel. Needs a little upgrade but was great!

Loud air conditioning and bad sleep experience

It was walking distance to Legoland. Had its own entrance. My 6 year old grandson enjoyed the pool and the slide. Only drawback is slide closed at 6. The room was spacious and clean. They did miss straighting up our room 2nd day. Breakfast was good, and having restaurant next to lobby was so convenient. And it didn’t feel overcrowded. Would definitely stay there again!!

Property was great for our family. I wish the pool was bigger or we were told at check in that we had access to the affiliate hotel next door. The bartender told us on our last day. I think a tour/map of accessible areas would be helpful for future guests.

Well, I ordered some creamer packets and no one ever showed up then at 1 in the morning. The fire alarm keeps going off and I had to call two times just to get someone up there so we didn’t go to sleep till 3 AM and then the manager was supposed to call us and she lied and never called us. Her name is. Grace Butterfield.

Convenient to go to LEGOLAND

This was an easy walk to the private entrance to Legoland. You can either park near the path or they will shuttle you from the hotel entrance. Even if you walk from the hotel its only about 3 or 4 blocks to the park.

Staff at check in was super friendly and helpful. Private entrance to Legoland was nice.

Staff friendly but our room ac wouldn’t turn on they told us they were booked for our stay so couldn’t change rooms luckily it wasn’t too hot during our stay and we can bug problems with them entering threw our patio

Front desk service was excellent during our entire stay. The staff at 7 Mile was also wonderful up until our last morning. Our server that morning was like a ghost. Unattended and took too long to come back with items requested. By the time we asked for the check, I was steaming how long things were taking. But other than that, our stay was great kids loved the pool. The room was great size and cleanliness.
