The hotel is is very nice and clean!

We were given 2 rooms for disabled guests with bathrooms for disabled guests - even though we are not disabled and did not make a request for these rooms. We were also not notified on check in that we were given these rooms. The toilets were difficult for us to manage, the seats didn't fit properly on the toilet. And the showers were also very uncomfortable and hard to manage, especially the shower doors, so water went everywhere. We were uncomfortable and dissatisfied abd wondered why the hotel gave us these rooms. We are not likely to book at a Holiday Inn again following this experience.

Great hotel - only 12 mins into centre of town. Use hotel cab company as cheaper than Uber surprisingly. Very helpful staff - very flexible and great breakfast variety available

Big comfortable room. Comfortable bed. The only issue was that the window will not open and the air in the room it's really dry, which made hay fever worst.

Stayed here for an overnight on our way through the area. Easy to get to from Autostrada. We ate dinner here because we didn't want to have to go in search of a restaurant after the day's long drive. It was excellent, especially the Bolognese style lasagna. Great breakfast buffet with lots of fresh food choices.

Food for Dinner was limited and low quality for Italy

Staff were excellent, room was clean spacious amd comfortable. Great shower. Very quiet. We wanted to be near the airport so in terms of the balogna tourist area the Hotel is a little bit out of the way, but we felt safer than we did near the train station. There is a shopping centre nearby but not much around in the way of dinner. Otherwise would definitely stay again.

Booked three rooms. One was not ready at check in time. One had water coming through the ceiling at 2am which woke the guests up. Despite ringing down to reception, they were advised there was nothing they could do about it.

Check in staff was nice and helpful. The wait staff in bar/restaurant were not helpful or polite by any stretch of the imagination

it is a neglected hotel, rooms without quality control. In ours, the shower was coming out of its holder. And the shower room, cheap, as if it had been bought at home depot. Not recommended.

Far for going centre area passenger this hotel not respecting other passenger very noisy r when is coming in floors talking highly in room’s cleaning not perfect under bed is dirty because I am atopic allergic so don’t sleep well
