Beautiful resort on golf course. Amenities were wonderful and great dining options. The room at the Inn was quiet and spacious. Very comfortable bed and huge bathroom. The balcony was great too for relaxing.

Extremely disappointed with how dirty the outside was and how many bugs and cobwebs were all over the bedrooms and bathrooms

We stayed at the lodge which included access to additional areas of the resort such as multiple pools, yard games and the spa. Initial impression was great, friendly staff, hotel was clean and has a good layout. Lots of families and lots of people with dogs. Restaurant and bar had good quality food and drinks. Huge rave for how quiet it was in the room and hallways. Never heard outside noise despite it being a packed house. A few minor issues. Asked staff about certain events and they weren’t knowledgeable about them and had to check their own website but still couldn’t elaborate. We stayed three nights and never had housekeeping show up to restock things such as coffee and toilet paper. When we left Monday morning at 6am there was one person working the front desk and he was also acting as the valet so it took a little longer than I would have liked to check out (kind of petty I know). I was also left disappointed Monday morning when the lobby had not been cleaned, the floors weren’t swept and there were takeout boxes left around that appeared to have been there from the night before. For the price of the resort I would have expected those minor issues to have not come up. That being said, the resort is very nice, the facilities are very nice and the large pool area is great for families, get their early to get a spot as chairs go fast.

Very nice accommodations in beautiful setting

Our condo was nice but noticed on arrival our door had been damaged and their was no strike plate at all. They gave us another condo.Restaurant staff nice but slow service. Pool and hot tub were fine at the condo and overall Suncadia is a beautiful place. Really needed more than 1 day. It is pricey.

Beautiful resort! The 2bedroom condo that my family & I stayed in is huge! The room is clean and comfortable. There’s lots of things to do in this resort and 2 nights is not enough. We will definitely come back!

We loved our stay here with 3 kids. They have a pool right next to the hotel and 3 more pools and slides about 7 minutes walk from the resort at the sport facilities. Very clean and well kept up.

Excellent place for adventures or to unwind. Great rooms and amenities. Dining options were meh and service ranged from absolutely awesome to just pretty good.

Really beautiful property. Not very well managed. Staff are very nice but understaffed and poorly trained. Realize you're gonna have to really dig to find out what you can do around Property as the front desk when you register won't tell you and may not have answers to any other questions.

Amazing weekend.

The rates they are charging for their hotel is absurd. They are really missing the mark here. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived. We waited about 20-30 minutes. And when we got to our room, it was filthy. Food all over the couch, stains all over the walls, pubic hair all over the bathroom, it looked like it hadn’t even been cleaned. The room furniture was old and falling apart. Very dated. The carpet was all bunching up and uneven in a lot of areas. The property isn’t very well up-kept, it was dingy, and old looking. The restaurant was painfully slow. We waited about 1.5 hrs for our food. The poor bar server was handling about 7 tables himself, 5 people at a table each. We felt really bad for him. The food, however, was really really good. They did free s'more's from 7-9pm which was really cool. The pools are very well kept and warm! We really enjoyed that part. Overall, I probably wouldn’t visit again. It’s way too expensive for the quality of the property.

The resort has all the amenities we need. Had surrounding incredible views of the mountain and lots of walk in trails. The restaurant and cafes had excellent menus. Front desk staff and restaurant servers were all amazing . I would definitely come back here!!

Issues during check in. Room not ready until 6pm!!! Resort fee added with zero actual value, no towels in pool. You pay so much but get so little. They knocked on our door at 10:50 to make sure we are leaving by 11.

Beautiful resort

This resort is a hidden gem in a beautiful location, and we will definitely plan another trip here. The lodge is beautiful, restaurants had great food and is tucked away in nature amongst the forest and running river. There is so much to do here - golf, wine tasting, hiking, biking, etc We will book a longer stay next time.

Hotel view was gorgeous! From the outside and around the hotel was look great; until I got inside of my room.. disappointed with stains on the floor, around corner of the bathroom and main door were crack and not well maintenance. Staffs were not very honest about the extra fee for the “packages ??” The front desk did ask me if I want to upgrade the room with view for a little extra cost when I check in. I wouldn’t mind and pay extra for the view. When I return the room and ready to heading home she had charged me three times with price that what she told me from the beginning ?. I feel like there were some things that not really straight up fronds and I’m not happy but disappointed the way how staff was not being honest. Love the hotel and the view but somehow my room looked ready bad as condition and I had to pay for $410-$450 per night and it was not the price I book from Expedia. The Experience of my staying in and my expectations overall I don’t think I will stay in Suncadia resort ever again.

Wonderful and Beautiful campus and surrounding area. Clean. Lots of sun
