Incredible property! Would absolutely stay again.

Brilliant holiday - very relaxing and a wonderful space. The food was excellent and delicious. Helpful professional staff. This was our second visit.

A very nice property. Seems that reception is a bit under-staffed. Biggest issues is transportation. Can’t get a taxi when needed. Hotel has no other options. For such a nice place - having a house car or reliable transportation service is a must. Would do again, but may need to make sure that we have a rental car.

The room was infested with 20-30 millimetres long crawling insects We complained every day but nothing was done to remove the insects. Do not go unless you love crawling insects

My husband and I recently celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary, and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The ambiance of the entire property was elegant, serene, and perfectly suited for a special occasion. The staff throughout the hotel were warm, professional, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The spa experience was truly exceptional, peaceful, rejuvenating, and beautifully maintained. We are so grateful for the thoughtful hospitality!

The best hotel i've ever stay!

A truly delightful experience. Nestled in a picturesque countryside setting, the hotel offered a peaceful place to enjoy nature. A beautiful property. The hotel's architecture blended seamlessly with the natural surroundings, creating a harmonious and inviting atmosphere. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings and stunning views of the property. The hotel's amenities were top-notch. There was a beautiful outdoor pool, a well-equipped fitness center, and a amazing spa offering a variety of relaxing treatments. The service was impeccable, the staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. Overall, my experience at the Le Couvent des Minimes was exceptional.

Hôtel did not provide room that I paid for. They gave me an accessible room without telling us that that is all that was available. Hotel staff and assistant manager unwilling to provide alternative room despite one being available at 6pm on day of check in. They wanted us to pay the difference between the deluxe room and deluxe room with balcony despite this being a one night stay. It was a failure of hotel management to properly recover from the failure to provide the room I paid for.

Most amazing experience! Every member of staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. The spa is incredible, food delicious and couvent itself is stunning!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived and parked, we felt relaxed and stress-free. There are no minuses at Le Couvent des Minimes, only plusses. The surroundings are beautiful, and entering the convent is simply a "wow" experience. The lovely scent and the warm welcome from the staff set the tone for a perfect stay. Everything was taken care of from the moment we stepped in. We arrived before our room was available, so we were introduced to the surroundings and got to listen to the history of the couvent. Then, we were told that we could enjoy the 2500 m² spa until the room is ready. The room is beautifully decorated with its calming the colors, furniture, refreshing drinks, and L'Occitane products. :) The bed was super comfortable, be sure to have a restful night's sleep. The breakfast was just delicious, offering a wide variety of high-quality options that catered to every taste. The dining experience at the Pamparigouste restaurant was exceptional. The cuisine is exquisite, with a menu that showcased both local flavors and gourmet dishes. The spa treatments were a highlight of our stay. One of the great aspects of our stay was the noon check-out time, allowing us to enjoy our morning without rushing. If you wish, you can still enjoy the spa, have a good swim, or just get some sun and relax.

The Spa is mindblowing: beautifully designed and taking full advantage of the environnement. The hotel itself offers a serene and elegant atmosphere.
