Clean hotel and a great breakfast

We had a lovely nights stay. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The bonus of a breakfast included in the price was very welcome too. We would definitely come back.

Very nice breakfast with variety of choice. Lovely location, plenty of parking space. However, room carpet and sofa needs to be refreshed or at least vacuum. Food stains and multiple ants found on carpet. The bedding is alright, fresh and clean.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Lovely staff who make sure you are happy with your stay. Good location to reach the beaches within 10-15 minutes. Good breakfast options and all included in the price.

Average hotel. Not good value for money. Need a private car to get there

The hotel is entrance is just off the roundabout opposite the services. Large car park at the rear of the hotel the staff make sure you enter your reg on the tablet at reception. Very welcoming and helpful staff everything was explained. My room was accessed by a card and there is a slot on the wall to put it to activate the electricity. Nice room with plenty of space very comfy bed and lots of storage. Very clean in both the bedroom and bathroom which had a very modern easy to use shower also fresh towels,shampoo and shower jel supplied. I had food in the restuarant which seemed to have a limited menu but there was a menu on the bar with more options. The road near the hotel seemed very busy but it was very quiet at night and had a great sleep. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and you could help yourself to as much or little as you liked. Cooked food was hot and restocked often. Overall a great stay with no complaints how often do you hear that.

Our second stay at this well placed, clean, comfortable hotel near Ramsgate. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Our room was large, comfortable bed, very clean. The bar area has lots of comfortable seating, TV. The breakfast is possibly the highlight, plenty of choice including full cooked option which you help yourself to. Well cooked, hot, eat as much as you like. Parking could be an issue, especially for later check-ins, probably because this hotel is very popular, easy to see why.

Better than an earlier Holiday Inn Express on our trip. A McDonald’s, Costa and other restaurant in walking distance. Great breakfast, ideal location for travelling in the Ramsgate, Margate and Broadstairs area. Marston museums a few minutes away.

We ended up not staying and Leaving within an hour or two as there were multiple Stains on the carpet and the sofa cushions, made the room feel dirty so we left…..

Breakfast had a good choices. Sofa-bed was uncomfortable. Didn’t have a toilet brush in the bathroom.
