Decent clean comfortable hotel with secure parking.

I prepaid for a parking spot, got to the hotel, and I had no parking space. There is no place in the area to park so our stay was off to a bad start. The room smelled and one out of two elevators was broken. Mold in the bathroom and what looked like feces on the bathroom floor, that was never cleaned and there for our entire stay. Never again.

Very clean, fresh and comfortable room with very good air conditioning. Good shower/bathroom with quality towels provided. Excellent breakfast buffet with a good choice of hot and cold food.

Nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Not too far from Gunnerbury Park or Kew Garden. Breakfast fresh snd good choice.

Excellent staff (very helpful and willing). Breakfast was great. Parking very good, but a bit intimidating with dozens of 'you must pay' signs. Very nice and convenient location. Whole place was pretty tired and could do with a refresh (one of two elevators was out of order - and looked like the sign had been there a fair while), carpets in room were old and had chewing gum embedded in places.

Area was convenient to get to London by public transport. Staff was helpful and hotel and room was generally clean. The rooms need some renovating as it is dated but otherwise it was good.

Overall the hotel is Good, Only stayed there as going to a music festival in Kew Gardens. Not happy about the charge for room though, as thought I had got a deal through Expedia but suddenly - there were taxes and charges for extra person. Surely the room rate for a double room should assume double occupancy? However the hotel is Clean, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were good too. The only annoying thing is that bottles of water are not provided in the rooms as most places do. Pretty sure the room rates could cover cost of a couple of bottles of water.

Enjoyed our one night stay but unfortunately there wasn’t water in the morning -maybe a broken water main outside?

Very nice hotel in good area with eating places and convenient stores. On bus line.

Truly enjoyed the location in charming Brentford Lock. Our room had a lovely balcony view of the canal and was very comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent.

Nice balcony, average breakfast, rooms had smell of cigarettes, bar was good, evening food good

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable but not clean as I expected. Would stay again but they need to improve on the cleaning.

It was clean and comfortable. An affordable stay close to the airport.

Good wi-fi and the breakfast services were fantastic. However, the bed covers were not changed for the 4nights despite daily room sevices. Its also practically impossible to warm the food once its gone cold.
