Very comfortable beds, great lighting, and plenty of space

Loved the convenience of Triple Play next door. The bed was hard and the pillows were not comfortable.

Clean rooms and good beds. Staff friendly and courteous.

Fun for the entire family. Reslly enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great. Staff weee very nice and accommodating. Room was clean and fresh towels provided.

A lot of fun to be had but VERY expensive for what you get for a little bit of entertainment.

Both beds were sagged terribly in the middle. Visible just walking into the room. We had family stay in another room and it was the same in theirs. Awkward and uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than that it was a great stay and fun for all. Beds just need updates or repairs.

To check-in was super fast and easy. Nice rooms and very quiet

It was easy to check in. Only thing wrong one of the rooms had mold on the wall room 324.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Expedia amenities included a pool, there is not one. A large family room with one small inadequate trash can. Overall good.

Our room was dirty. I brought my concerns to the front desk who said they would have housekeeping correct all my issues. We came back that night and only one out of four things were cleaned and taken care of. I will never recommend this hotel or stay here ever again. They were more money than the other hotels in area but offered a water park so my grandsons could enjoy that after a day long drive. I am just soooo disappointed in this hotel. DO BETTER TRIPLE PLAY

So we had two reservations. The rooms were not properly cleaned or maintained. First room they puts us in had stuff on the bedding and burgers and other fluids on the walls and when we asked then to come and clean the bedding and clean the walls they made it seem like it was a burden to clean it. The second room shower made a squealing noise like a rabbit was dying. The airflow things that put out the cold and heat, neither of their filters were cleaned. Oh and you do have to pay to use the pool and other things and when they don’t get a lot of sales they close things early.

Too pricey for what you got. Just went for the fun park and wasn't aware you did not have to stay at that hotel. A bit tourist trappy. Nice staff though for sure.

Loved the location and enjoyed the area.

Front desk staff was very nice. That's the only reason it gets a 2/5 instead of 1/5. Other than that, no positive feedback. Paint peeled from walls, broken fixtures and furniture, sticky handprints on most surfaces. The lock for our room was missing half the screws and hanging off the door. The maintenance man "fixed" it by bending the remaining stripped screws down to make it slightly less floppy. Still had to pile stuff in front of the door for 2 nights to prevent our child from escaping.

Not well cleaned, all surface of furnitures are all dirty and dusty. Beds seem very old and make noise, very uncomfortable.

Excellent customer service from the front desk with amazing hospitality n I can tell the workers really enjoyed working there

We like that the hotel had access to the triple play and the staff everywhere were very friendly.

Was private, quiet and clean. I did not think the value was there. Too expensive.
