Clean and great service with a willingness to please.

Overall a good stay, clean but a mildewed smell in hallway and room on 4th floor. Everyone was very nice.

The breakfast was excellent. The bed was very comfortable.

First off the listing said it had an outdoor pool. It did not. The staff was nice. But after checking in, was told the WiFi is out. I’m her on business and needed that. They did give me a room right off the elevator due to my walking disability and I appreciated that. Room was clean and bed was nice. However, The tv remote was dead and had to go get batteries. One of the lamps had a shortage in it. The toilets are so short they seem like they are made for a toddler. Breakfast bar was decent.

Best hotel in Greenwood. There is literally not g to do in this town but I visit often since my son plays baseball at the local college. This is the best hotel there.

I stayed at this property two separate times and i had no complaints either time. The rooms and everything in it was clean, the beds were comfortable also. I was on the 5th floor both times and i did notice it takes a few minutes to get hot water but once i had it it was good to go.

The Staff were All Wonderful And The Facility And Rooms Were Clean And Modern!! The Coffee Was Fresh Brewed From Whole Coffee Beans And They Offered Coffee 24/7 In Their Lovely Lobby!! Great People And Great Place To Stay With Warm And Friendly Hospitality❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️

Property was okay. Horrible mattress, bathroom tile was dirty, and a wall was patched with plaster, but not repainted; looked tacky.

The towels were filthy once they were wet the tub wasn’t clean it was noisy the breakfast and staff Was nice.. please get some new towels ASAP.. I spent 30.00 on towels
