Location to old Ibiza town is great, pool “when open” is nice, breakfast was great. This hotel is so old and outdated. You can tell the management company is trying to save a buck on everything, from toilet paper that feels like it’s from a prison to not having simple things like conditioner or lotion available in room, nice outside area that is dark and unused past 8pm “they rope it off” the hotel management has failed on all other aspects, they are a disgrace to other 4* hotels

A hotel that served the purpose. Nothing more, nothing less.

2nd stay this year unfortunately didn’t stand up to my May visit. To many people accessing the property which were non residents via side gate and inconsistent pool rules need to clear and consistent no matter of size of pool.

Great view and location!

We booked an executive room that upon entering smelt of bad drains so back to reception where the only room available was a downgrade. No compensation or refund in room price. take it or leave it which was disappointing. The hotel is in a good position for the old town. The poolside bar had great staff. Very limited food choice and very weak drinks. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Everything was great!

The pool view room was spacious, which was a plus, but the bathroom amenities were lacking. No conditioner or basic extras you’d expect from a 4 star property, and the body wash felt like something you’d find in a public restroom. Our bar fridge wasn’t working at all - it couldn’t even keep a can of Coke cold and we were surprised to be told it would cost €10 just to have some ice sent up to the room. On the brighter side, the pool area was lovely and well-maintained, although the pool music of bland elevator music was not what you’d expect in Ibiza. The crowd was definitely eclectic — a mix of retired holidaymakers from Germany and the UK, along with a sprinkling of gay guests — which made for an interesting (if somewhat mismatched) vibe. If you’re not too fussed about the little things and just want a solid base with a good location, THB Los Molinos might do the job. Just don’t expect too many frills.

A lovely hotel with very attentive staff.

Absolutely beautiful swimming pool while the hotel lobby wasn’t as impressive as the grounds, the pool and the surroundings compensated for that. The staff for friendly the proximity to the city Center was great and I am absolutely planning on coming back.

Nice spacious room with lovely big balcony facing the sea and gardens of the hotel. Excellent breakfast, something for all tastes.

Perfect place if your planing party in Ibiza for a weekend with friends!. Rooms are very nice, great space, staff very friendly, very close to restaurants and super easy to get around and get transportation.

Let me preface this by saying that this hotel definitely has potential. It’s surrounded by beach / coast, the pool area is stunning, the landscaping is stellar, and the breakfast is out of this world. But, there are several things that need to change for us to choose to stay here again. Here are our biggest concerns: 1. The bathrooms specifically need a deep cleaning. There’s mold in the grout/around the shower, the drains don’t drain and are rusty and dirty, and in general, the shower gets water literally everywhere so you’re slipping all over the bathroom. 2. I wish I could say that the service was good, but it just wasn’t. We’d call down to reception, no answer at all, after several attempts to reach them. Then, I’d go downstairs and there are 2-3 staff and 0 customers at the desk. This happened several times. One time, I walked down and before I could even say a word, the man said “I saw your calls, we had someone checking in, you need to be patient.” Never in my life have I been talked to like that by a receptionist… and we travel nearly every week for work. Typically, if a front desk is busy, they answer, put you on hold and come back to you. It was a bit weird and frustrating. 3. At the pool, they have a security guard that runs around enforcing rules. No drinks near the pool, even if it’s plastic cups. No jumping in even though it’s 10 feet. The pool doesn’t open until 10 (super late compared to other places) and closes so early! Those are our biggest issues.

Had a room to myself for a few nights in Ibiza. Loved the hotel and the room. Really accommodating at check in, pool and outside area delightful and a great location for the beach, run/walk, food and entertainment. Would definitely come back.

Excelente location near the Figueretaes beach. Nice area and the staff is very nice. I recommend it.
