We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The highlight was definitely the four pools, which were well-maintained and enjoyable.
However, there were several issues that left us disappointed. When I asked the front desk if I could freeze ice packs to keep breastmilk cold for our flight home, I was told there was no freezer and directed to the restaurant. The restaurant then explained they could not help due to cross-contamination concerns and also mentioned the front desk did, in fact, have a freezer. This left us feeling misled and unsupported in what should have been a simple request.
Additionally, we saw more than one cockroach during our stay. When we reported this to the front desk, the response was simply, “Well, it is rare but these things do happen,” with no further action taken.
Overall, while the pools were a great feature, the lack of honesty, poor customer service, and pest concerns make it unlikely that we would stay here again.
