Clean, relaxing atmosphere and very friendly staff! Super quiet in September, which was perfect for us.

Wonderful experience all around pleased with this hotel.

My husband and I booked a room for three nights for a birthday weekend. What an experience it all began the moment we walked into the room. Not one, not two, but three little roaches in the bathroom. I grabbed a tissue killed them and flushed them down the toilet. My husband said the first night while sleeping he felt something crawling on him. How disturbing and disgusting is that. We are not the kind of people to stir up trouble, so we went across the street to the CVS and purchased bug spray. I sprayed the base boards, around the bed, lamp tables, head board, bathroom and closet. In hopes that would take care of them for the rest of our stay. I didn’t think about spraying the coffee maker and dresser. Ugh 😩 so gross. What's worse is we mentioned the roaches in our room to the front desk person as we’re checking out and his response to my husband was its common and happens this time of year like it’s acceptable. I would have left this alone, but his response blew my mind. This is not acceptable and someone needs to have a word with him. If I had known this I would've taken pictures and ask for a refund. We are good people and it’s not like us to leave bad reviews. We are the kind of people who live by if you have nothing nice to say than say nothing at all, but this is just unacceptable.

Very clean pools. Enjoyed the adult only pool. Rooms were clean and comfy.

Our suite was lovely with 2 decks. Four pools on the property were gorgeous and private. Excellent service.

Had trash on my porch when I got there. Still there the next day, called to have them come get it and it sat another day before they got it. My room was right by the parking lot, force you to pay valet, so I had to drive to valet, then walk all the way to the back of the place in the pouring rain instead of parking myself right by my room and then walk back up to valet just for them to bring me my car that I can see from my room. Don’t bother paying the extra money for the water front room as you can’t see the water past the mangroves and the beach. $51 daily resort fee plus $30 daily valet. Plus the price you pay online. I will give one of the bartenders props on his excellent drink making skills.

Very nice property and friendly staff.

Nice property / amenities. The room was spacious and clean however the dresser was broken, only the middle drawers were functioning. They contacted me a week before to offer a room upgrade at a discounted price. I mentioned that one of my benefits as a gold member was a room upgrade at no cost but they did not honor it, and put me in a room behind the kitchen back door.

Beautiful location with an awesome staff.

We stay here every time we go down to Key West. The staff, especially at the bar and grill, is amazing. The rooms are clean, pools are great. Overall great experience. Unfortunately there is no longer self parking so you pay $30 daily and $51 resort fee. That means an additional $81 daily.

Great stay. We loved the availabilty of the 4 pools.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The highlight was definitely the four pools, which were well-maintained and enjoyable. However, there were several issues that left us disappointed. When I asked the front desk if I could freeze ice packs to keep breastmilk cold for our flight home, I was told there was no freezer and directed to the restaurant. The restaurant then explained they could not help due to cross-contamination concerns and also mentioned the front desk did, in fact, have a freezer. This left us feeling misled and unsupported in what should have been a simple request. Additionally, we saw more than one cockroach during our stay. When we reported this to the front desk, the response was simply, “Well, it is rare but these things do happen,” with no further action taken. Overall, while the pools were a great feature, the lack of honesty, poor customer service, and pest concerns make it unlikely that we would stay here again.
