Just so perfect in every way possible

This property was adequate for our needs but the General Manager was rude, disrespectful and overall unpleasant to deal with. This cause my stay to be an unpleasant one.

Bare amenities

Bright entry. Clean and comfortable seating area. Customer friendly, we arrived before check-in time and the staff accommodated us. We had a funeral to attend and we appreciated this.

Elevator wasn't working

The staff were amazing

The elevator and the whirlpool were both broken

Great stay - clean, comfortable, friendly staff

Would not stay again. Very expensive only to be informed while checking in that elevators not working and there is no discount. Had to use hot staircases everyday and carry luggage. A/c in our Room barely working and was told there were no rooms to switch to. Would not refund because we booked through Expedia so we paid full price for a miserable stay. Breakfast was gross.

Everybody was very pleasant and nice. We asked for extra pillow and blanket and they promptly obliged. If I could give any constructive criticism I would say it would be that the pillows were so soft they didn’t feel like they maintained their elevation at all. We had a lovely stay overall

The breakfast was delicious, The room was impeccable, and the front desk clerk was polite,

Stayed for a total of 3 days. My room was cold when I checked in and upon request, right away, someone came to adjust the temperature. The black out curtain option made the room nice and dark for sleeping. I appreciated the breakfast. I will visit again!

Convenient location near exit 64 of the Long Island Expressway so good for travelers.

Quiet, clean and very friendly staff. Coffee is always available and fresh. Breakfast is also very good.

Good place

While the staff was fine and it had a superficial face-lift, they obviously didn't go deep enough. I not only received flea bites but it also affected my luggage. I ended up have exterminate my home. I won't recommend this place if my life depended on it.

Not enough parking spaces

It’s fully redone inside new everything!!! Our room was clean and comfortable!!!! The breakfast was ok if you just want a snack like otherwise I’d go somewhere else
