Beautiful. Staff was wonderful

Wonderful pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Lack of room facilities. No kettle, iton, clothes rack for hanging wet swimming things. For a 4 star this would be expected. Its a fine hotel but dated and the the furntiture at pool needs an update/clean. Ashtrays werent emptied.

Enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights, nice big pool and big rooms. One downside is that there is no manual adjustment for the air conditioning - it is done centrally. Also the parasols around the pool are immovable and therefore can’t adjust based on the sun. Easy reach to Lipari town and port, location is great.

We had an excellent visit- the staff were very helpful. They picked us up from the ferry, had beach towels available, and even packed us a breakfast bag for our early ferry. Breakfast was plentiful, rooms were nice and the whole hotel is very clean and beautiful.

Initial impressions positive - we were collected at the ferry port by the minibus and taken to the hotel. The pool was lovely, with a smaller inset shallow pool the children could use. Only disappointing this for us, as a family with small children, was the restaurant opening times (opened at 20:00), which was far too late for our preschoolers. Other than that the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and despite being fully occupied never felt crowded or busy. The grounds were beautifully landscaped with swing seats and sitting areas outside.

The hotel was very good, one of the best we have ever stayed in but a few details let it down. The A/c was centrally controlled and the rooms were never cool enough. When there were not many gusts staying the hot water took an absolute age to come through and when it did, it wasn’t very hot. The facilities outside the room were excellent, great breakfast and pool. Close to town and ferries so great for getting around.

Excellent hotel with easy access to Lipari town. The rooms were clean and spacious and the balconies were good. The pool area was excellent - large, clean pool with a pool bar serving very good cocktails. The location was very convenient for town. The only small drawback was that the restaurant was limited in the evenings but there were plenty of options only a short walk away in town.

What a great location out of the way of the centre only enough to be quiet but so close to everything. Loved our stay and could not recommend Aktea highly enough

Wonderful place to stay. Great location - easy walk to ferry and shops and restaurants. Comfortable bed. Great view. Excellent customer service provided when I needed additional assistance. Would definitely stay here again.

The pool and jacuzzi were cold

This hotel has a great swimming pool and is located on the quiet side of Lipari, a short walk from the ferry dock. Our room had a lovely balcony with sea and town views.

Hotel is near port and center of town. Can easily walk to both locations. Hotel has all the amenities for a fabulous vacation. Huge pool. The staff was so efficient, warm, accommodating and gracious. I would definitely stay there again. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Good price for the room.

The hotel was very nice (building, pool, etc), room very comfortable and nicely decorated, breakfast was very good, location was great (literally 3 mins walk from the historical centre of Lipari where all restaurants and bars are, but extremely quiet providing you with high quality sleep during the night). However, what really made the difference compared to other hotels is the front desk staff, Alessandra and her colleague really made the extra mile to help us during our stay. Apart from being extremely kind, they provided us with very useful insight on the island and helped us in booking boats, scooters, excursions and meet all our needs. Always available, they provided a 5 star concierge service that really made the difference during our stay

easy access to old city and free shttle from/to the port , two time free shttle to Canneto beach was greate.

We enjoy our stay very much. Extremely helpful and friendly hotel epically Gaetano the manger and his staff.

Spent a wonderful quiet week in this great resort. This was our second stay and we plan to return.
