Ok for price

The view made it worth it. Cleanliness was sub par, and the person who helped us get a shuttle told the driver the wrong airport. We caught it before we got all the way to SAW thankfully, or else we would have missed out flight out of IST. The place also advertised it included airconditioning when it did not. There was also a huge cockroach in the pool area. But man.. the view is incredible that is undeniable.

Very nice staff and nice size rooms.

Overall the stay was good. The hotel is in good location close to shops and lovely bars and restaurants. The breakfast was limited.

it wasnt plesant at all service was bad i asked the hotel to arrange a taxi on my departure day and they asked me to go out and get a taxi my self and its not there job to get a taxi in a rude way .. not recommended at all will never lodge again NEVER

The staff were very friendly and helpful and it's a great location with lots going on nearby. The room service option was a lifesaver when I was extremely hungover and all the food was delicious. I got a massage along with a foam wash and it was very enjoyable. Again, the staff were incredibly friendly. In terms of the bad: there was some water damage to the ceiling of my room and the air conditioning was patchy at best. Despite booking two identical rooms, one was noticeably smaller than the other. On our final day there was no water so I could not take a shower before leaving for the airport. Also, if you're coming for the pool, go somewhere else. The pool is tiny. Overall, I'd stay here again if I got a good deal but at full price you might be able to find somewhere with better facilities.

It was really disappointing. It does not match what has been advertised. I was staying executive room which is not at all. Room was not prepared at all.There was no kettle, hairdryer and ironing board. I asked for kettle they brought dusty and dirty one. I realised sheet cover was ripped. I could also hear lift noise all day and night. I told this to reception and they were apologetic. They clean the room and offered me wine and fruits which was nice. But I really would like to get some of my money back but no Hotels.com or hotel itself taking any responsibility as room was not worth what I paid

Room not clean

Location was great for walking to Taksim, Galata, and across the bridge. Breakfasts are uniformly OK. Pera Tulip is old and a bit weary. Hot tub doesn't work, sauna is barely 30C. Fridge almost keeps cold. Price is good for what you get.

Hotel was comfortable for one night, but the bathroom door did not close and had a large gap facing the toilet, which has been there for a while as the tile is significantly scraped from. We booked the hotel last minute on Hotels.com after inquiring about the price in person. Staff was not to happy about this. We waited 20 minutes while "the system loaded the reservation". Then they gave us a hard time because we had pictures of our passports and not the actual things, even though we provided our foreign ID, & went as far as saying that if they wanted to they can deny us the stay. FYI we stayed in 2 other hotels this week which happen to be nicer then Pera and they gave us absolutely no issue. I personally wont go back here there are better options around the area.
