We were required to pay for all 9 nights upfront before even seeing the room. The first room was freezing, with only a sheet for bedding, and the shower leaked into the main living area. Staff admitted no other rooms were available and refused any refund, even though this was night one of nine. On night three, we were moved to a different room, which they called an “upgrade”—but it was a hassle for our family of four to repack and relocate.
