Very clean, nice staff, sea view was worth the extra money. Breakfast could use a few items more. Low water pressure on top floor. Would stay again.

Very good service compared to playa de Palma next door where we stayed last year despite a lower star rating

We had a great arrival reception from Cristina and Pedro. All staff were lovely Breakfast really good selection Great shower Comfy beds Pool was lovely Beach across a party pedestrian road Soul restaurant attached to hotel was probably best food Would recommend this hotel and would go back again.

The hotel was very clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good with a great selection. However we were disappointed with the entertainment as it ended very early, we came down at 9.30pm and it stopped at 10pm. Also you couldn't control the air conditioning it was put at a set point so couldn't be made cooler. The city centre was 15 minutes away, you can catch the bus just outside the hotel for 2 euros.

Great location and very safe!

The hotel staff are wonderful, so friendly and can do attitude. My room was very small. I chose the "half board" meal option and the food options were buffet style and all were delicious, if a bit bland - bring your own spices.

Excellent service, friendly and very helpful staff, good live music in the evenings, good set of activities during the day. Breakfast and dinner buffets offers great variety and excellent quality and service.

They offered us an upgrade for an extra 35 euros for a bigger room because our room wasn't ready, I hate this sales taxtic! Your tired from traveling and just want ro get to your room. We upgraded. Save your money on an ocean view!!!! They did not tell us you would be in the front row of a Concert until 1 in the morning. And bedore you ask " why sis you ask for a differnt room? Packing all our stuff up is not an option. Sure the place was nice and we were fair with those questions on the review. And will say the front dexk folks weee Excellent. However. They ahould always be helpful regardless of where you stay. We stayed at a far less expensive hotel the next night and they were just as friendly! For 400 Euros a night you should get a QUIET ROOM and a coffee pot should be supplied as well. I should of asked for a discount for all the noise. BOTTOM LINE Save your money and stay somewhere else.

We visited the hotel for our 50th wedding anniversary and on arrival we where met at reception by a young lady called Christa who went above an beyond the call of duty to make our stay at the hotel as memorable as possible which it was. Overall the staff where very friendly and attentive and little gits of proceco and flower in the room was a nice touch. Only slight issue was that due to bookings we could not keep our room on until we left at night and had to use the Spa showers to freshen up before leaving which was not ideal and would suggest the hotel initiates a courtesy room policy which would enhance the hotels overall excellent facilities

The hotel was more beautiful than imagined! Everything was perfection, the staff, bars, restaurants and amenities were the best I've experienced! I need to go back, enjoyed it so much!

Staff was amazing and so welcoming. They even called the night before our departure to see if we needed breakfast early. Martina at front desk was fabulous!

Great location right on the beach! The staff were incredible and all seemed genuinely happy to be working there, the buffet was one of the best I’ve ever had! Beach is beautiful and pools were both really nice and not overly crowded we could always get seats any time of the day! Parking was crazy expensive - 20 euros a day which seems really steep. The other drawback was the room, really small could barely open both suitcases. We were also at the end of a dark hallway and it seemed like those rooms had less care taken, less fancy seats on the balcony etc. finally the bed was not good, 2 single beds pushed together and on wheels with horrible mattresses. Overall the property was great but next time I would ensure I had a different room and bed.

Not very many british people mainly german but that didnt bother us at all. Staff and food great. Pool towells free but 20E deposit. Safe free. Free filtered water by each lift chilled hot or sparkling plus ice which counts how many plastic bottles it saved I loved that.Also nespresso machine in room and good choice in mini bar. Will stay again. Only thing it would be nice if the main restaurant dimmed the lights to improve the ambience in the evening.

Hit and miss. Room was very small and no separate bathroom - shower and sink in main bedroom with small toilet separate. Room was next to lift with mechanism noisy in the early morning. Blinking balcony light when off which disturbed sleep. Staff were pleasant. The cleaning was exceptional. The breakfast was good although busy. The pool was not heated so was too cold to use in Apr. The spa area was nice although the sauna was off on a couple of occasions.

This an absolute 5 star experience. From the moment I got there to the time I left. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was amazing. The views and access to the beach were great. There isn’t one thing negative about this place I could think about. Highly recommend this place.

Upgraded our room which was lovely, only downside was the shower which flowed onto the tiles in the bedroom area. Spoke to reception who assured us they would sort it before room was used by other holiday makers. Would highly recommend for a short or long stay. Wonderful staff, great breakfast and all round a very pleasant experience.
