Good family atmosphere, and great staff, however comes with a few easily fixable challenges. I went there for a week with my partner and 2 girls. Was surprised that no water in the room and no minibar. They have RO dispensers on the floor and give glass jugs in the room. Now I get the whole eco friendly stance, however I trust bottled water rather than the filter on a RO machine, so why not have glass bottles in the room, given the glass jug? Secondly, and most importantly, we went to a child friendly hotel for the kids club so was surprised to see that the club for 4-8y/o is only open on most days (not all) from 10:30-12:45. Half the time they have family activities so not a kids club in the true sense of the word. When I asked why, the answer was not enough staff. Apart from those two instances, the holiday was enjoyable, and the food (even if no a la carte restaurants) is good with a decent choice. The staff is wonderful and Elina at reception was very accommodating and supportive with all of my enquiries.

The main kids pool was closed (and has been for 2 months). This pool was the reason why we booked this hotel. It’s great for families with smaller children but gets very noisy at times. The entertainment staff are brilliant and the food was delicious

Overall we had a very lovely holiday, however, I won't be rushing back to this hotel. There are a lot of positives, the beach is walkable and very lovely, the staff are friendly, the food that was available was tastey and there was enough to do for the kids. But the building is dated, the bedrooms are very basic. The sinks are very high, the resort is full of kids however, I don't think any kid can wash their hands independently in the bedrooms or communal areas, not even a child friendly step in the rooms to help them out. This place worked for us as we were a large group but next time we would like to try somewhere else.

Great offer for children, every day entertainment, good food and location and nice accommodation. Overall recommendable to any family with young children.

Our 2nd stay at Gaviotas Park and this time with a toddler and it didn’t disappoint! Fabulous food and varied, spacious rooms, lovely pools, perfect location on the beach and good entertainment. We can’t praise the staff enough for being so fantastic with our 1 year old, they couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful if they tried. We would totally recommend this Iberostar hotel.

We had a really great holiday at this hotel, ideal for family's with younger children. The two pools are a good size and the kids loved the childrens club, its close to the beach and the entertainment staff were brilliant. One of the best holidays we've had with the kids so far. Lovely area everyone was friendly and respectful. I would love to go again.

Stayed with my 2 year and 5 year old. Kids enjoyed their stay. A lot of activities keeping little ones busy all day. Food was Fantastic plenty of options. Playa beach is just stone away from the hotel. Very nice and family friendly beach. We will definitely coming back here.

We were there over the Christmas and New Year holidays, and the staff really went out of their way to make this a festive celebration. I can’t say enough about the Activities (“Animation”) staff, so engaging. Only a few negatives to note: the dining room was airless, although the Food choices were plentiful and quality was very good. We had a negative experience with the laundry (we are still awaiting our laundry which was not ready by the time we left although three days had passed. We were promised a mail delivery but have been back in the States for 10 days with no word yet. The front desk staff was quite indifferent to our plight. Otherwise, the entire experience was way above average. We enjoyed being the sole Americans amid so many European families, the majority of whom were German with a fair amount from the UK and Spain. Our family rented three Jr Suites which were quite spacious and comfortable. One of our family members wished there were more adult activities as night entertainment was geared to families with children.

First time on Fuerteventura and got lucky with the location and choice of hotel. Slightly away from the centre of Morro Jable, a well presented hotel, with several swimming pools, and a short walk to a long, sandy beach. Perfect for a totally relaxing break and a bit of winter sunshine.

We had a totally relaxing all inclusive break in nice surroundings. Staff were very polite and efficient. Food was varied and a high standard of buffet-style dining. It was my birthday during our stay and a nice bottle of bubbly and a gift were left in our room for me. Our only observation was that in the hotel details is says that a mini bar is provided. However, an empty fridge is provided and a mini bar pack with a mixture of beer and soft drinks can be purchased at a cost of 15 euros from reception. When we queried this we were advised that 'a fridge is a mini bar'. A small blip in what was a very pleasant holiday. I would happily recommend the hotel to a friend.
