Zero disabled facilities, shower had a step. Great view but that was it , staff very good.parking too far away , no disabled parking near the entrance

Our stay at Hotel San Carlos was very nice.Michael on reception could not do enough for us, was very helpfull.

Ce n'est pas normal pour un 4 étoiles de ne pas avoir internet (wifi) dans les chambres. Il n'y a pas non plus de bouilloire/café/thé ni de mini bar (mini frigo). L'air conditionné est trop faible et ne rafraîchi pas suffisament la chambre. Le personnel est super et fait de son mieux.

The hotel suited us just fine! Excellent pool, friendly people, first-class breakfast. Though we'd have liked to be closer to Roses, so we could have walked down there rather than driving, it was quiet and ideal in every way.

Poor air con, no internet in the room. safe in the room had no key so couldn’t use it! No refrigerator in the room either. The evening buffet was very good value, room was clean, comfy bed & reception staff were friendly.

Pool was great, reception staff very helpful, let down by housekeeping and food and beverage staff

booked this hotel as it looked good on all sites. after driving. from. ferry to find there was no hotel bus to roses. as advertised. this was a bad start. as there are good hotels in roses. had to ask waiter to bring more food out. then asked again for the hot food chief to come out to cook meat. it seamed as your hotel was half full. and only one bar was open. this was the pool bar with rocking tables. not every one wants to be outside at night. the toilet in room 321 was not clean on arrival . you could sea. brown stains. you kneed to check this. staff on desk very helpful and polite. I did ask about. extra nights stay. but the No bus to roses put us off .as taxi fares where not in are budget.

No Wi Fi in rooms, low efficiency AC, In room safe without lock, rusted closet doors, no iron in room.

attitude of the young lady at check-in was appalling, room was OK, but I fail to see how it could be described as a suite...no Wi-Fi in the rooms.....the noise from the shower pipes/plumbing was horrendous..... in my opinion the hotel is far from the four star it claims to be;;

Very quiet hotel ideal for family's. If you don't have a car it's a bit far from the centre but close to aqua Brava

Lovely pool and pool area with nice view of the mountains. Comfortable beds and good selection of food at breakfast. Room was very basic, bathroom was old and needed renovating as did the hotel interior in general.

The Hotel was beautiful but located quite a distance from the sea and the restaurants and shops in Roses. However, the real negative of this hotel was the mattress/bed, which seemed more consistent with a hostel than what is described as a 4 star hotel. Of a very cheap quality, it was hard and covered with a flimsey bedspread, the whole thing appeared and felt circa 1955, which was definitely not consistent with the rest of the hotel.

Overall, I had a good stay with my boyfriend; however, I paid this hotel as a 4 star hotel online, but when I got there, it was a 3 stars one. The hotel is ok, but far away from the city center. It has an amazing and well maintained outside pool. You can get wifi by the reception, but we were in the third floor, and couldn't get wifi there. The room was clean, and had a TV, but not a minibar. Personal were helpful, and breakfast was nice with a lot of options.I would recommend the hotel, but make sure that you do not expect a luxurious hotel.

Des photos très prometteuse la réalité beaucoup salle de sport vieille matériel en mauvais état pas de Clim de même pour le squash et la piscine intérieur les chambres sont passable très brouillon pas de télévision autre que les chaînes espagnole. Heureusement les gens de l’accueil sympathique. Pour un 5 étoile y’a 2 étoile de trop, je ne reviendrai pas et je ne le recommanderai pas. Je suis partis un jour avant pour toutes ces raisons, il n’on pas étés surpris et ne m’on pas proposé une indemnité même minimum. Voilà mon témoignage. Gérard

Séjour décevant sur le plan nourriture et infrastructures. Petit déjeuner juste le minimum, au bout de deux jours petits plus œufs brouillés. Le soir buffet très décevant, que des produits surgelés, un soir partis sans manger Seul la propreté est irréprochable. Effectivement lieu pourtant très sympa manque une bonne dynamique pour nous donner l envie d’y retourner

Petit déjeuner et déjeuner médiocre dans l'ensemble Personnel accueil et du services nonchalant. Sans vouloir être méchant la literie lamentable. Malgré la déclaration de mon enfant de 3 ans sur le site à l'arrivée à l'accueil j'ai dû payer un supplément de 360€. Dommage le complexe serait bien mais pas le personnel

Mitigés. Le cadre est sympa surtout la piscine qui est grande et il y a toujours des transats dispos car peu de monde Les buffets petit déjeuner et dîner sont très restreints ne vous attendez pas à une farandole de plats et la qualité est plutôt moyenne. Pas de transports à proximité de l’hôtel qui est en retrait (15 min du centre ville et plages à vélo, 30/40 min à pieds). Nous avons loué des vélos que nous avons fortement apprécié, ils étaient nécessaires. Je vous conseille de prendre le supplément, qui n’était pas très élevé, pour avoir une Suite Confort. Elles sont grandes et bien insonorisées, salle de bain très spacieuse avec douche et baignoire à remous. Aucune animation donc très calme, idéal si vous avez un bébé
