This place looks nice and it has all the amenities you expect from Hilton. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help get my large pile of luggage in to the room. However, I could hear everything in the building. Not sure if they did ANYTHING to soundproof this building when it was built. I could hear people giggling at the TV two rooms away. I had a pacer in the room above me and I felt like I was in a drum. The icing on the cake was the BLACK MOLD growing in multiple places in the shower. I will never ever stay here again.

Great and clean place to stay in Medford. Breakfast was wonderful.

They closed the pool because there were too many kids staying there that weekend. We didn’t have young children with us, it was extremely frustrating. When I spoke to them explaining that we paid extra for a hotel with a pool the response was, “there’s nothing I can do about that.”

Both food and bed were pretty good.

staff was always very friendly. the room was even better than i expected. the king suite is perfect for families with toddlers who need day time naps. the free breakfast was also great for feeding the whole family

Nice location, convenient to the freeway but quiet. Nice room with full kitchen. Well lit for night time walks with pets. Pet fee is high.

Friendly staff

pent Stay was fine but got locked out of hotel and also key wouldn't open room 2 times. Spent the first time walking to front desk second time called down to desk which i was brought 3 more keys . He opened it with one of the keys I went in and stayed the night. Didn't want to be locked out again.

The kids and i were very comfortable. Staff is alright. Breakfast was very yummy .
