Our stay here was wonderful. The only issue that we had was that the dirty cups were not removed or replaced with clean cups when used. We had to request clean items each time. Other than that a definitely a 5

This is a good hotel in a nice area of Vienna. The transport links are very good and it feels very safe. I would recommend it.

If you'd like to stay in a hotel that makes you feel like a royalty, this is the place.

The hotel is very close to city center, but you would not know it, it was very quiet, even though we had windows that open to the street below. The rooms are good sized, with e writhing you need for your stay.

Room had an overwelming/unnatural floral scent - had to keep opening windows; no separate hair conditioner, no face cloth; great location

I've stayed here before, and it was as good as ever. Wonderfully designed shower, comfortable bed, good internet, and the air-conditioning was excellent (and without noise or cycling on and off). The location is perfect, and there are numerous restaurants of all types in walking distance.

Great clean hotel in the centre of fantastic sights and shopping

Wonderful stay at this hotel. We had a suite for our family if 4, the room was very spacious (more so when compared to Europe standards). Service was great and location is also perfect. Highly recommended!!

This is a traditional, elegant, discreet hotel. It has a superb location. Lighting is excellent. Many outlets for charging phones, etc. and very? Very quiet. Note: for those traveling lightly, this hotel is around the corner from the U3 Herrengasse stop making it incredibly easy to take the CAT airport train to the city and then transferring to the U3. There is no faster, easier way (and much, much cheaper than a taxi).
