Ended at the wrong IBIS due to very poor directions and signage. Rooms were stuffy and stifling hot, fan air system didn’t work and the bathroom is like a porta potty, small cramped plastic unit parked in corner of room. Not sound proof! Night stands are curved so belongs kept falling off, poor storage space. Tv good, internet good, beds comfortable but firm. Clean room

I know for a fact I left my Jewellery in room 513 on Monday 11th, left my watch, earrings and bracelet on the bedside table. I checked out at 4am, tried contacting hotel from 5 am and no one responded to 7pm in the evening. So cleaner must have picked them up.

Room wasn’t the cleanest. Staff friendly and next door to airport.

Very convenient for Birmingham Airport i have used this hotel many times

Stayed here for 4 nights while attending event at the exhibition centre. Really close to airport, train station and exhibition centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful, food on offer was good with prompt service. Trains to Birmingham very frequent and easy to navigate. Only issue was water pressure in shower but it worked and room, sheets and towels clean.

Excellent all round. Although next to the airport there was no plane noise. Room was comfortable, and the breakfast was great.

The bed for me is very good, however the pillows are very hard. Would be better served with one hard and supportive and on soft.

Great overnight stay, convenient for the airport next day.

Rooms are quite small and it's a bit noisy with the windows open other than that it was clean and comfortable and only only £71 right at the airport

Excellent hotel within easy walking distance to the airport, great room and bar/restaurant was very good as was the food.

I've stayed at this Ibis and several others and never been disappointed. On this occasion I found room 413 to be exceptionally quiet. There was a hold up with my check in due to the selfishness of other guests but otherwise most pleasant stay

Good hotel; very close to the airport. 3 minute walk.

Great hotel stay for an early flight. The only thing that needs improving is the walk to Reaorts World as a bridge was closed off so we had to do a longer walk around. It should be so much simpler. There was a really long check in queue which we luckily avoided, but saw people queuing to check in for ages.
