Great location

This is my fourth time staying here and I eill keep coming back! Terrific staff & customer service!

Great hotel, very clean, and the pool was nice.

Very nice place

Very disappointed that the pool was closed for cleaning on Sunday morning. Often it is on the weekend that families travel, especially during the school year - please, clean the pool on a weekday morning - not on the weekend.

They were super accommodating after we had to switch hotels due to the hotel we booked pool was out of order and we had 2 littles that just wanted to go for a swim.

The stay was great. The staff were very accommodating and were able to give us a connected room for our two rooms. A big reason we chose this hotel was they had a waterslide for the kids, but unfortunately it was closed the first night we got there which was a bit of a let down.

The staff was friendly as always and I enjoyed breakfast each morning of my stay.

The beds were very worn. Coffee was spilled all over the side of the fridge cabinet and not cleaned. Breakfast was average but very clean with nice staff. Front desk staff were friendly. Room was right behind the elevators and could hear them moving all the time. Ample parking. Fabric headboards felt very dirty.

Road construction was going on outside - luckily it was a holiday so not sure about noise.

The property itself is nice, clean and staff is friendly. Locations is super convenient and close to almost everything. There was a massive construction project going on while we were there and getting to and from the property was a bit painful. Dining area for breakfast seemed small, too many people and not enough table space. Breakfast was just ok. Not much selection when it came to hot breakfast menu items. Kitchenette was setup very poorly, people were constantly bumping into one another and there seemed to be lineups at almost any time. Pool and water slide were great! Kids had hours of fun!

We love this hotel, it is our Go-to every summer. The kids love it for the pool but we love it as well. Great location. Very clean.

Always going there best place in town

Had some construction next to it but hotel was well insulated.

It was only a 1 night stop. But quick and easy check in/check out. Room was clean and the house keepers made flowers out of towels and toilet paper and Kleenex for a bit next level beauty. Would recommend it to others

Room was clean, breakfast was nothing extraordinary but the same as other Hamptons I’ve visited, staff was kind and friendly. Had no trouble getting more facecloths for the room and was given a good dinner recommendation by the front desk on our last night. Would stay again if we make the trip out east again.
