All staff members were wonderful!

We were given keys to a room when we arrived (around 6:15pm) and opened the door to find it unserviced and not ready. When reassigned a room, the toilet would run on evry 10 minutes or so. On the plus side, the restaurant was very good.

Key cards to room and elevator are unacceptable inoperable and inconvenient. i would avoid the hotel if you don’t enjoy being locked out of your room

Booked two queens. Got a king and then told me they overbooked hotel. Also sheets were possibly not laundered. Smell of women’s perfume on pillow cases

This property was fantastic. The staff was very very nice. The food from the bar was phenomenal. The showers were phenomenal. The rooms were clean beautiful place.

Everything about this Westin was wonderful from the check in staff, lobby, room and restaurant.

Nice building and the room was good. The location is convenient for a short drive to downtown Richmond. The pool and fitness center are very small, and at times overcrowded. Not great if you want a focused workout. The reservoir outside the hotel is a gem. Nice walking path. Worth a stroll.

The rooms were extra spacious and very thoroughly cleaned. I would have liked basic amenities in the bathroom such as a showercqp but it wasnt the end of the world!
