Nice rooms, staff friendly. But the real let down was breakfast: Limited amount of choice, ran out of certain things and not replenished quicley, no jams, choatic seating, watered down fruit juice, cereals strewn across the setving atea, poor quality. Also, i messaged via Expedia to ask if the breakfast sausages were gluten free or not, as my husband is coeliac but never got a response back

For the quality of room I will not be booking this again, the bathroom felt like a cell and the room was very compact. Due to the location of the hotel if you are wanting to go into the city centre I would recommend you drive as you would be doing a 20 minute walk to the train station or getting a £20 uber. The snack space is great and very handy however once again it it overpriced

Was on the third floor it was lovely and quiet and only 5min walk to shops

Breakfast was great

The ceiling of our room was dusty, the edges of the seats were dusty, there was a sock from the previous customer on the floor, and the cleaning was done carelessly. I really wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel was okay and did a job. Good air conditioning in the room and the staff were pretty friendly and a nice pub over the road. It is annoying they make you pay for parking. For us this was £15 during the course of our stay. They also charge for dogs, but you don't find out about this until after you've booked (+£30). Prices should be much much more transparent up front.
