Nice place to be

Enjoyed the stay. Overall, a very good property. Room was spacious and clean with a good supply of amenities.

Nice & clean hotel, good breakfast, great pool with a water-slide. Excellent location close to shopping, restaurants and casino.The staff was professional and helpful. Nothing to complain. We enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future.

Always a good place to stay

We always stay at pomeroy all the time it’s are desired place to stay, but are stay was terrible and we don’t like to complain it’s not us. But we stayed in room 425. We get in the room and the washroom toilet wasn’t cleaned it had dirty rims all over toilet and just dirty. Then later in that night returned to room and there was a big blood stain on comforter so we didn’t use comforter that night. Next day we went to have shower and the body wash in shower was empty. Just thankful they had shampoo and conditioner. We had a good breakfast then checked out the front end manager asked us about our stay we told her nice lady she said since we booked online she can’t reimburse us but she gave us her card and said let me know next time you come back and I’ll upgrade your room, a free stay next time would be great. But it’s still a great hotel just had bad luck that day I guess. See you next month pomeroy

Room was clean. Staff very accommodating as we had to extend our stay.

The breakfast was fantastic!!

Very nice property, pool and breakfast were good. Room is clean and decent size. Elevator is not working when we were there and so with the vending machine. Other than that, It is a nice experience

The beds were clean but the bathroom and the floors could have been cleaner. Also the pool, hot tub, and pool deck were all quite dirty. Walking around the pool deck and in the pool was gross. All staff was nice though.

Breakfast was fresh hot and delicious. Coffee was outstanding! Will definitely stay there again.

Room was quiet and comfortable. Beds were rather soft, without much support. The bathroom moisture vent fan is very dirty and did not pull steam out

Allergy inducing older furnishings, less than ideal area and clientele.

After staying in about eight places in the past 2 weeks, this was one that had one of the best values to it. The only questionable thing was the homeless coming in and joining in the continental breakfast. I felt sorry for th guy who had to deal with it.

Poorly stocked room no glasses or coffee cups or wine glasses no napkins or dish cloths only 2 towels with 3 guests staying non working hair dryer, ironing board broken. pull out bed very worn and sooo uncomfortable we had to borrow a friend in towns foamy the hotel should have foamy to use in these cases. I wouldn’t suggest staying here again
