Clean rooms, comfortable beds, amazing breakfast, wonderful staff and safe location!

It was a great stay that was clean, safe and quiet.

A little noisy (near freeway) Breakfast with omelet station was a nice surprise!

Location was safe. Room was clean. Breakfast was unbelievable-a made to order omelet station was a great way to kick off our day. The front desk ladies were accommodating and kind.

The hotel was clean overall and the service was great. My family loved the breakfast options they offered. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the beds were comfortable too.

The property is very old and needs a total renovation. The mattress is probably the worst one I have ever slept on. I had to sleep on the edge closes to the wall so I wouldn’t roll to the center. The bed is absolutely terrible. The carpet is old with stains and the shower leakes on the floor. I will never stay at this hotel again!

Good for a quick visit

We always stay at this hotel when we come to town to visit family. We love the comfy bed, roomy suite & hot breakfast. The staff has always been very friendly & helpful to us. There are plenty of stores & shopping close by.

The first night I checked in the toilet didn't flush and almost overflowed. My brother-in-law in the next room had to go downstairs at midnight and get a plunger to fix the toilet himself. Besides that, the toilet would fill up and run every few minutes. I reported it to the desk the next morning and was told the maintenance guy was off till Tuesday. That was Wednesday. They said they would try to get a plumber to come in. I was gone most of the day Thursday, Friday and Saturday and the toilet was still running. Finally, when I got back to the room on Saturday night, I noticed the toilet was not running. The desk employees were very nice, but it should not have taken that long to fix my toilet. Also, I couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower and had to call down to the front desk. They told me the next day that they keep a faucet at the desk to show people how to turn on the shower. They never told us how it works when we checked in. The problems with the plumbing were frustrating. The breakfast was good and I especially enjoyed the free omelets on the weekend. Everyone was very friendly, especially Lynda at the front desk. The rooms were nice and spacious.

The people were great!

King bed broken and difficult to sleep in, jetted tub had non working jets and broken adjustment hanging out, dirty/stained blanket & towels. Breakfast items limited and eggs & sausage were cold.

Pool was great, staff was extremely friendly, all of them. Rate was not expensive for one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

Close to my family

Nice property…a little out of the way for my meeting location. Very clean, staff was courteous except one early morning server at the buffet who complained loudly about working conditions. Morning Buffet was not great.

The hotel just fine , nothing fancy but clean and the free breakfast was better then most
