The room was clean and the stuff very friendly. The hotel does not have much amenities, but it’s location in a area near to restaurants and a mall.

Moro nos USA , foi a terceira vez que me hospedei. Boa localização. Café da manhã muito bom. Os quartos precisam de um upgrade , vazamento no banheiro. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Pedi um iFood ( levaram até o quarto),o que me agradou muito . Já fiz uma nova reserva para o mês de agosto. Hotel muito prático para para estadia de 3 noites. Vou com frequência para eventos em Alphaville. Eu super recomendo pela localização e praticidade. Pra quem procura um hotel apenas para descansar e dormir é bem viável. Outra coisa que me agradou bastante foi que eles liberaram o quarto 2 horas antes do check in. Tinha acabado de chegar de um voo internacional e estava precisando de um banho e descanso . A equipe do front desk foi maravilhosa! Eu super recomendo o Radisson para uma hospedagem de poucos dias . Cristiane Resende

Great staff

Very nice hotel at a great location in Alphaville. Walking distance to the city center shopping and various markets and bakeries. Clean, nice, quiet and good breakfast.

the service is very good

Breakfast was nicely done. Staff was extremely helpful & friendly. Never used the pool, thought it was a little too warm and indoors. It's a pretty safe area, I was comfortable walking around alone. Very walkable for shopping and dining, lots of good dining options.

The room has poor soundproofing, so noisy from bathing and making love.

I stay in this hotel when visiting São Paulo for business. The rooms have been reconditioned making for a more comfortable stay.

They charged me twice for my stay. I told the desk when at check-in, they still charged my card. Now, having to dispute. The bed is very uncomfortable, and the hotel needs a major upgrade. DO NOT USE EXPEDIA with this hotel

The hotel amenities were less than average, the room was stuffy and smelled like mold. It was freezing in the room and there wasn’t heat, only AC. The breakfast variety was poor and the restaurant food was also less than average. The staff, however, was pleasant and the location was safe.

Very old hotel that desperately needs maintenance… old & stained carpet throughout the hotel (including room)… room furnishings and look&feel is old and not in good condition… very nice staff, but most are not bilingual, including at front desk and restaurant / room service.
