I had horrible experience with the check-in , I arrived the 10th of October at 9:30 pm from Canada that was my anniversary with my wife, we waited long time to check in two receptionists Mariam and Nagwa, both of them were helping one guest looks like they were trying to find him a room, after long wait over 20 min. It was my shock they were telling me that the hotel is sold out and no rooms available except the 3ed floor which is very near from the ground and the pool by the way there was a wedding and the music was super loud, any way we accepted the room, my booking was a king bed , we entered the room we found 2 beds it was a shock for my wife in our anniversary. I went down to the reception and asked Nagwa to read my reservation it is king bed, she answered no other room available, I was very disappointed, and was about to loose my calmness, she offered me an alternative room with king bed!! When we moved our stuff to that room I found it two beds too, I came down to the reception for the second time I was really angry because it is two beds and a smoker room although it is assigned as non smoking room, she did not apologize or shaw any empathy for waisting my time and effort, she said that is the only option available, I requested to talk to a manager she said no manager now, I requested to meet with him next day morning, and requested to go back to the non smoking room she refused saying it is already taken, she was rude careless and no empathy at all.
