Outdated but clean room. Good location. Gym was good too.

The 2 things that I noticed were: the sheet was although clean but there was a stain. The shower door hinge was broken.

The stay was amazing and the reception was so nice! My wife is Brazilian, so they spoke Brazilian Portuguese with her, but English with me. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve stay this hotel a few times. Location is good but had some issues this time: one day my room wasn’t clean (I was in the room when they passed firts time and asked to come back 1 hour later, them I return 4 hours later and room wasn’t clean). Second issue: small of marijuana on the hallway, which I bring to attention of reception and they said that they couldn’t do anything. Third: now they have shamppo, soap and condition in bottles bit they don’t give anything else such as cottom swab etc.

So far, best hotel I have been in Sao Paulo. Very well located, excellent quality/price ratio, super helpful staff, and very well maintained hotel. I would come back again for sure.
