Lovely, elegant building and room. Enjoyed a quiet drink on the rooftop terrace. Convenient for the station.

Absolutely great service. Super patient with my really badly spoken Italian but above all provide an excellent accomodation with a great breakfast. Love this area too.

Seamless check in, welcoming staff, roof top bar was a little bonus

The property is not maintained the Staff was not nice to the guest, the beds and room was not cleaned daily. a request had to be made multiple times to get the room clean. When checked in to the hotel the fridge was empty and at check-out we were charged for items in the fridge that were never there. No one helped to bring the bags up to the room as we are 75 years old. there was no microwave or kettle in the room or ability to warm up good.

Can’t say anything bad, but it didn’t feel like 4-star hotel. Maybe 3 star rating would fit better. It is clean and staff is polite and friendly. However, ambiance of the hotel lobby, rooms, rooftop terrace feel and look on a cheap side. Overly decorated with gold and fake florals do not add a star, just the opposite. Breakfast was ok. Overall it’s okay for a very short stay. For a longer stay, I would definitely reconsider.

Awful customer service. Totally inflexible, made small mistake in the reservation and realized 10 minutes later. Asked for change and only received NO as a response. Arrogant manager. Try to avoid !! Ignacio

Great location for trains in Milan central and airport

Location is good. Air con was not working in our room, despite discissions it was not fixed.

Hotel was great. Had a grand lobby. The staff were very nice and multilingual. The room was updated and large. Quiet location a bit far for walking to the sights, but there is a tram system just around the corner to take you anywhere. The hotel was very close to the main train station. The hotel breakfast was simple and delicious. I did not have a vehicle so cannot say about parking. But if I had longer of a trip to see more of the city, I’d likely opt to be closer to the attractions. Otherwise for a quick trip I would certainly stay here again. Very nice hotel

This Hotel was ideally situated for the railway stations, staff were very helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good and a roof top bar was a big bonus.

This is a nice Hotel, conveniently located near the station. It worked for me. Room was clean, though there was a slighlty unpleasant smell. Breakfast was pleasant, with a nice selection of savory and sweet items. The terrace on the roof was also pleasant, though dated.

Great location,basic breakfast ,but the rooms need improvement

This hotel has a good location. It is several blocks from the Milan central station. Across the street is a mini supermarket where you can buy water or drinks. Walk two blocks to the metro station. The hotel is old-world charming. The bathroom is spacious and luxurious. The breakfast is great. I will stay here again if I come back to Milan next time.

Centre of the city, 8 mins walk from the Milan Central station, Metro station is very nearby. Check in was smooth, hotel staff was friendly, kitchen staff was very helpful, breakfast was excellent. Will definitely choose this place on our next visit.

Conveniently located within walking distance of the Centrale Milano Train station. Walkable to the Duomo Milano also.

We chose this hotel for its close proximity to Milano Centrale train station. The property is in need of maintenance and food options for breakfast were limited. Staff did not seem friendly and still have a glass barrier up around hotel reception from the COVID days - it gives the impression they want to keep their distance from guests! The hotel is surrounded by nice streets and was close to transport and restaurants.
