Hotel décevant pour un 4 étoiles : mobilier bas de gamme, toilette et bidet défectueux (cette dernière a été réparée à notre arrivée, mais le bidet ne l'a pas été. Lorsqu'à notre retour le soir nous sommes descendus à la réception pour signaler que le problème n'avait pas été résolu, le commis a haussé les épaules en disant qu'il ne pouvait rien faire...), "piscine" sur le toit qui est en fait un bain où seules 4 personnes peuvent se baigner, avec 4 chaises le long du mur. Par contre, le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent, ainsi que le service.

Very clean, staff super helpful. Location is excellent! Lots of cafes and restaurants. Supermarket around the block. Felt very safe walking around.

Although we had no view from the room, we were so well located that we spent no time inside. Awesome experience and charming town.

Nice property, excellent location Would use it again Only problem is you are with a car, public parking is about 300 meters away from hotel and if it’s Rainey and you are with luggage then it’s a small problem

I arrived late after a long trip, the front desk agent was very attentive but parking is a huge problem. We have to carry our luggage because nobody informed us that we can park in front of the hotel to upload the luggage. The bathroom in our room had mold , I think that the property should check cleanliness and my husband felt in the shower . The only positive is that the hotel is in the center. I don’t recommend it.

Only thing was no A/C, so we slept with open window which was fine. There was 0 degrees Celsius outside.

Excellent location, very clean, friendly staff.

The front desk staff is rude and unhelpful. They refuse to accept and check in passengers with Spanish passports because their system doesn't allow it. They do not offer another alternative and demand national ID which is legally not required to Spanish living abroad.

The Catalonia was conveniently located quite close to Plaza Mayor and all the sights were within a short walk. The lobby was a lovely place to hang out and choose our daily activities.

great property location for vacation

Location was excellent. Both sides of hotel entrance have direct paths to Plaza Mayor which is behind the hotel. Although there are lots of restaurants, shops and very close to Plaza, it was very quiet except the noise from the upstairs.

Everything are great near to the plaza.
