We had a fabulous stay here.The property was beautiful & the included breakfast was top notch with food being constantly refreshed.The staff were all lovely and it felt like you mattered to them. Fantastic proximity to train station & U bahn making it easy to get around the city & transfer to the airport.(although we mainly walked everywhere) Despite it raining for 4 days whilst we were in Vienna, we loved the city and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed my stay. There are several very good restaurants within easy walk and it's an easy drive, or long walk to the center of the historic part of Vienna. A quiet and clean place to recharge after a day of long day of exploration. Nice patio and very good breakfast.

Der Wilhelmshof is just round the corner from Preterstern underground station, and very well connected to all the sites in Vienna. My room was quiet, en-suite very nice. Staff helpful, breakfast excellent. If you have business or a holiday in Vienna, you should consider this hotel.

Delightful outdoor seating area / garden

The hotel is a little out of the centre, but easy reachable by tram (couple of stops). The breakfast was really nice, with a good choice. The room was very clean and well decorated.

Nice hotel but felt a little like a converted office block and quite a walk into town centre. Wide selection of breakfast but not top quality, for example dry croissants. Was ok value for money but not exceptional. A lot of building renovations and roadworks around the hotel during our stay but that won't affect future guests in a few months I imagine.

Wilhelmshof is a lovely boutique hotel with a quiet, pleasant outdoor terrace for relaxing after a long day exploring. Steps awat from the Praterstern U-bahn station and an easy walk to many great restaurants. a 20-30 minute walk to the Stefansplatz, but a quick subway ride.

We were very excited by this property, the rooms were well appointed and spacious, the property was clean and well maintained. It was walking distance to the metro! Lots of local activities and shopping!

The hotel is well maintained with friendly staff and fine facilities. Their breakfast buffet included in the room rate featured a wide variety of good quality food choices. The area is a bit off from the center of Vienna but quiet. One recommendation is to improve air conditioning in the room which was not adequate. The room felt warm and extremely humid and there was no way to adjust to lower temperature which is very limiting. Overall, good hotel and experience.

Clean, friendly stuff, good location

The art touches were beautiful. We wish we had time to enjoy the garden/patio area. The kids were excited to be walking distance to the amusement park.

Simply outstanding in every way

Great location close to lots of great restaurants and activities for the kids. The staff was super friendly and positive. Breakfast was amazing and had something for everyone. Parking was convenient and easy to access. Would highly recommend.

I stayed at the hotel for a week while attending a conference. Although I didn’t have the chance to explore much of the hotel, the breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately, the room climate control was an issue. Neither the AC nor the heater was functioning. I asked for assistance with the thermostat, but it didn’t resolve the problem. A small fan was eventually provided, which helped during the warmer days at the start of my stay. However, the last few days turned cold, and the heater still wasn’t working, which made things uncomfortable.
