The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal. The rooms were clean.

The staff here was so accommodating and kind, I would definitely stay here when I visit Asturias again. The location is really outstanding, I didn’t rent a car and the hotel recommended a wonderful car service as well as guidance to convenient public transportation. Downstairs is a terrific authentic local fare sidrería called Niza that is a must try for lunch! Definitely sign up for the breakfast, not many options open very early morning! Comfortable bed, great WiFi and a cute built in desk made remote working easy. Gracias Exe Hotel Magistral! I can’t wait to return!

City feel. If you like that, you will be happy. If you were expecting somewhere more rural, this is not it.

A good hotel with helpful staff and a great breakfast

We weren’t completely happy with the first room given too us as the shower was much too low and the 2 beds were single and not double as advertised. However thanks to Isabel, our situation was quickly fixed and we have enjoyed a pleasant stay afterwards. The location is great.

I don't understand the negative reviews I read of this hotel. We thought it was fantastic, and for the price, you couldn't fault it. Check in was great and the staff super friendly, and the room was clean and quiet. A/C worked well and was no noisier than other A/C. We were on the top floor so had views of the mountains, and all in all had great stay.

Great room - very spacious, has living room and bedroom Hotel is clean and staff is very helpful and friendly Breakfast has many options, some of them were not great - sausages and omelette especially. Rest of brakfast is good - cakes, yogurt, fruits

Central location, walking distance to all that counts from the turistic point of vue; Oviedo has a lot of treasures that worth to be seen; charming single room, with bidet, free bath amenities like body lotion, hair conditioner, good wifi , good breakfast and very, very nice team at the reception. Well done, Exe!
